Great cleaning service! They are on time, do a great job, and are friendly! They will customize any home cleaning service to what you need. Been using Lazy Days over a year now and wouldn't change for anything!

Sub-par service. In all the years I've had maids I have never had to tell them to mop the floors. We had Lazy Days come out twice for cleaning. The first time they did alright. The second time it was like they weren't even there. The floors still had spots all over them! I contacted Elizabeth immediately and it was excuse after excuse as to why things weren't cleaned well. She did come out the next day to try and make it right, but it should have been done right the first time. Wont be using them again. Save your money and find someone who will actually clean.

Lazy Days is an organized, thorough cleaning service. They bring their own supplies, they have a checklist, and their employees are trained. Never before have I had someone check the work of the one who cleaned the house. This double-check system is used to continue the employee's training and the thoroughness of their work.
There is absolutely nothing like coming home to a Lazy Days cleaned home because it leaves more time for MY lazy days!

I was in search of an apartment cleaning. I contacted Lazy Days via email, and was inquiring about the price and I explained that it may become a once a month service I would need. I also advised I had some boxes removed. The next reply I get is “ We appreciate you considering us.
Unfortunately, circumstances dictate that we will not be able to provide service for you. I apologize and hope this isn't too great a disappointment.
We wish you the best of luck in finding a company that can meet your needs” sent from someone name Elizabeth. No real explanation. If it was the boxes, I have plans to remove them. But to just blantly tell me about unfortunate circumstances? I didn’t give a date or time, so how do you know you can’t do the service? The email correspondence was just fine. I’m fine if you don’t want my money, I’ll give it to someone else, it’s the lack of courtesy and professionalism for me. I read the reviews prior to contacting them. I wondered why there were no recent reviews, this experience tells me why.

I have used Lazy Days for several years now and have never had a problem. They are prompt and very detail oriented! They even play with and take my dog outside for potty breaks!! have used several service in the past and always starts out great and goes downhill quickly - not Lazy Days! Excellent service and great pricing too.

I have used Lazy Days for about two years. After I grew dissatisfied with the previous company that I had used, I switched to Lazy Days. Elizabeth, the owner, is great. On her first visit she looked at my townhouse and we talked about my cleaning needs. Since then her cleaners have come every other week. She supplies the cleaning supplies so I do not have to. If I need to change my schedule, she works with me and I work with her. I would recommend her company to everyone.

I contacted Elizabeth one week ago and she came out 3 days later and did a very thorough walkthrough of my townhome! She left me a written estimate of cost and plan for my cleaning. Everything ran exactly as promised, the girls arrived on time, were very professional and very thorough. They were done a few minute earlier than expected and I came to a lovely, clean home! Extra little touches like arranging pillows on sofas, and beds were so nice. I plan to use them once to twice a month indefinitely! I would highly recommend!!!

This was our first cleaning from Lazy Days Home Services. The team was professional and did great work. Since this was the first cleaning and they did more than in a standard clean, I can't really address value. I do plan to use them again and will have a better idea of value when I know what they will charge for a more routine cleaning. Based on this one cleaning, I would recommend them.

Lazy Days has definitely done a good job for me - employees are extremely pleasant, professional and thorough in their cleaning. Love that their work is hand tailored to the customer, that they are always on time and that, if short staffed, Elizabeth (owner) will come herself! I love Lazy Days Home Services! Elizabeth's staff are well trained, and they leave my house so clean! Elizabeth and staff are flexible such that if I need something cleaned a little different they will clean the way I request. They are a real blessing to me!

This place looked cool, until I walked in and was refused service 15 minutes before they closed because the guy already closed everything up. Why are your hours set to nine if you aren’t serving until actual close. Lazy is right.

I'm so glad I found Lazy Days Home Services. My mom needed help cleaning her house. I contacted a couple of other cleaning services but Lazy Days had the best prices and they let my mom customize what areas she wants to have cleaned.
