I highly recommend their cleaning service! They show up on time and are very detailed! We are so lucky to have found Nancy to take care of our home for cleaning services!

Worst cleaning service ever, ruined my stainless steel backdrop next to my stove (picture attached) and thought a simple “sorry” should clear the issue. They don’t know how to teach their new cleaners and try to blame them for errors when they should have been taught better, they also lie about their services and what their prices are actually based on by claiming they should get paid more based on just how “dusty” your place is, like what? I suggested they use my Pledge instead of just pushing dust around with water on our wood (water on wood, seriously?) and then they literally left with it when it clearly wasn’t theirs! Also suggested they wear shoe coverings I provided for them myself that I paid for out of my own pocket so that they don’t walk dirt over the areas they just cleaned and they ended up slipping them off. They don’t speak a lick of english, tell you to let them know if everything is good enough afterwards, then become incredibly rude when you are able to show them that there’re a few things that they missed. Incredibly rude and condescending customer service when they don’t understand you, which is all the time and was just the worst. It took them over 2 and a half hours with 4 people to clean less than 700 sq ft and they had the gall to tell me it was because my home was as big as a mansion (it’s a one floor one bedroom one bathroom condo I kid you not). For reference, my other house in a different state is 3 floors, over 2200 sq ft, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and that take 2 hours max with 2 people for better quality work at $25 cheaper than what this company charges. Yes I know, just ridiculous. You can find any better service than this for not much more expensive at all, and doing so would save you so much time and headache that it’s well worth it to look elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, Do yourself a favor and LOOK ELSEWHERE

Edit: I am raising my one star review up to a four-star review because the owner smoothly agreed to pay for all the damages and in the past (about 3-4 visits prior), they’d always done a good job.

I scheduled a deep clean and then monthly cleanings after. They did the best job out of any company I've had come before. Everything was cleaned throughly and looked great. I can't wait for them to come again. Such a relief finding a good cleaning company.

It is easy to make an appointment Maria is always professional. Her cleaning is diligently and meticulously done compared to other services that I have used in the past. Will continue to use your service and they are very affordable.

This was the best home cleaning I’ve ever had. Over the years I’ve tried many but I believe I’ve finally found the right people. The ladies were extremely thorough, worked quickly and even cleaned the patio to my front door on the way out!!! Worth every penny! Thank you!!

I have had the opportunity to utilize their cleaning services twice and both times the service was impressive. The first time, one of the ladies was sick and could not make it. Rather than cancel the cleaning, one person spent 8 hours cleaning my home! I was truly impressed. The service provided was awesome and the ladies were very sweet. They gave this home so much needed TLC and I will be using them again.

I have found the one! I have been using cleaning companies for years, and they were just ok, got the job done. I got Nery's from a friend and I'm so glad I did! I had them clean two homes when I moved and I was amazed of how clean everything was! They went above and beyond my expectations! They were on time, professional and did an awesome job! Deana is very professional I had an amazing experience with her cleaning service ! She did a deep cleaning at my home, and the results were fantastic. Everything was spotless, super professional, and just perfectly done. I highly recommend her.

Do not waste your money hiring them!!! Do not make the mistake I did. Spending $600 for nothing. They did absolutely nothing I asked. Ended up having to hire someone else to get the job done and they charged me a fraction of the cost vip cleaning did.

Ozzy was great! He resolved our issue and was professional, prompt, and informative. Excellent service all around. We are returning customers and we will use HomeSafe again in the future. Highly recommend!
