I’m so glad I found out about this company through my neighbors recommendation. I recently found out that my parents house dryer vent has been venting into the attic in a house they’ve been living over 15yrs. You can imagine the shock. As soon as I called this company and they sent their technician, Louis for an assessment of the situation my shock turned into hope. Louis is a perfect definition of what you call a professional. He reassured me that the problem could be fixed and laid out multiple options on the table. He even showed me pictures of a previous job but more complex that he had done. We had to reroute the whole dryer to a new location which included drilling a hole through brick for the new vent. He was very meticulous and I can tell he cares about doing the job right. I've never cleaned my dryer vent, I never thought this was a thing until our dryer broke and started smoking up. We bought a new dryer thinking this was the issue, the smoke continued. I was referred to Homesafe by a family member who uses them. Jordan was very professional and knew what the problem was. I didn't realize how close our house was to a fire hazard. Safety is very important. Glad we got this issue fixed. Jordan spent about an hour cleaning the vents and replacing all parts. It was all clogged up. He advised me on what to do didn't try to sell me things I didn't need like most vendors do. My experience with HomeSafe was very good and much needed. They sent Jordan the next day!

Justin did a great job taking care of my dryer. He went on the top of the roof and found out that the roofers installed the wrong exit vent. Took about an hour and half to fix the problem. Also replaced the hoses to the washer, with a better one. He also gave some good advice on how to take care of the dryer. Thank you Justin!

Extremely happy with the service! I had my dryer repaired and the repair person suggested that I had the vent cleaned. Never really thought of it... I called HomeSafe in the morning, they were able to schedule me on the same day. The technician was extremely nice and helpful. He showed me pictures of the situation (which was pretty bad) and explained everything in detail. Then he showed me pictures of the after. It was really satisfying to see how clean the vent was and that the airflow had improved tremendously. I know I will save on my electric bill. Highly recommend this company!

I have a new dryer vent cleaning company now!! Received my free estimate that left me thinking, "Man! After this experience, I'll be back!". The technician was very professional. He took and showed me pictures of everything as he went. He explained everything in layman's terms, and actually had technical devices that he used and explained the readings, where they should be, etc. If this company was this thorough for my free estimate, I can't imagine what they'll do for paid services! I had just had my dryer vent cleaned, and the dryer was still malfunctioning. I didn't trust that the previous company had done a proper job, but it turns out, they did. Homesafe could have easily bilked me and went ahead and charged me unnecessarily. The technician did not. He were honest and ended up walking away after only the free estimate. He also shared info on next steps, which he didn't have to do. Helpful. Courteous. Professional. And most importantly, HONEST. If you're looking for dryer vent service, look no more. I would highly recommend Homesafe.

I'm embarrassed to admit the following but in the name of safety I'm compelled to disclose that my dryer vent was so clogged my dryer wasn't performing anymore. I had two repair people out and both said nothing was wrong. The third one asked if I had cleaned my dryer vent recently. I replied that the house and dryer were both only 5 years old and laundry consists of two people's clothes. It wasn't necessary.
In steps Ozzy from Homesafe and my eyes were opened. Our roof vent was totally blocked and the pipe was full. Also our dryer connection to vent was crushed by me trying to push my dryer closer to the wall. After a 30 minute detailed inspection at the wall and on my roof plus photos I realized my assumptions about dryer vent cleaning were wrong. Thank you for helping us dodge a fire or replacement of an overheated 5 year old dryer. Check your dryer vents friends
And use Homesafe without wasting time. Btw Ozzy replaced that bulky crushed wall connection with one that allows my dryer to fit against the wall now.

I had a positive experience working with HomeSafe. Louie was my technician and did an excellent job explaining all of my options. He replaced my outdated dryer vent and connected the vent hose to the dryer in a tight spot that was difficult to reach. They also offer a nice discount if you choose to have the work done on the same day as the inspection!

Had a wonderful experience with Homesafe. Noticed my dryer time had increased so I gave them a call. Ozzy came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. Had HomeSafe come out and check my dryer vent. Ozzy, their technician, carefully checked everything from dryer to roof, took detailed pictures of the vent so that I could see for myself the vent condition, and pronounced the system good to go. Gave me peace of mind for a minimal fee. I like them and will continue to call them when needed.

Justin was just awesome. I had them come out in February to have my dryer vent cleared out. It was discovered a squirrel was taking residence in my vent that was causing the issues. Justin recommended a new vent cover to keep them out. I gave it several months to ensure it would work and very happy to say it was been working perfectly! I was also given recommendations on updating my vent set up as it is not ideal at all. I appreciated how up front and honest he was with not trying to sell me on just the most expensive option just to make a buck. It's so hard to find that lately!

My last dryer vent cleaning was over 5 years ago, so I was concerned that lint buildup might be occurring (I have seen how easy and fast lint burns). Cameron did an excellent and thorough job inspecting my dryer vent. He determined that it was still in good condition and no cleaning was necessary at this time. Therefore, I was only charged the customary inspection fee. I bet a lot of other companies would have been willing to do the unnecessary work and charge me for it. I appreciate the honesty of Cameron and Homesafe. A++++

Technician did a complete review of the dryer and ductwork for the dryer first. Then presented me service options and pricing. Completed the services in timely manner, showed photos of before and after completion of the work.

HomeSafe Solutions Company are experts at cleaning out dryer vents. Ours was so plugged up and by the time it was cleaned up by the Tech Cameron it looked like a brand new vent had been installed. He was so professional , polite and answered all our questions. My husband and I highly recommend this proficient company.

Ozzy did great! One of the firsts things he said was “I’m gonna show you what I see (during the inspection) and then you can decide from there.” This statement made me feel like the power of deciding was really in my hands and they weren’t gonna push any service on to me.

Our dryer was taking two cycles to dry a load of clothes, at least, and we thought maybe the heating element was going bad, but HomeSafe determined there was nothing wrong with the machine. Due to build-up in the system, it just wasn't efficient. We were able to get two guys, Cameron and Joseph, from HomeSafe to come out and clean at every point of the system: from the dryer itself, which probably has never had this level of clean for 30 years, to the vent hose, through the ducting that travels from the wall to our roof, and also at the opening in the roof. They documented everything with photos and the results were phenomenal. The system is so much cleaner and more efficient now. Our dryer works better than it ever has! They were very polite and professional throughout the process and communicated well. We really appreciate how well this business is being operated. There are some really good people involved.
