David is the absolute best! Cannot recommend a better plumbing professional. He is very quick and efficient and the work he completes is impeccable.

In a panic called Direct Source Plumbing. Amie was able to fit me in quickly which of course was an emergency with water flowing out of my wall. Yes I was able to turn off the valve but being the weekend needed water. Tyler came out, on time, explain my situation and fixed it quickly. I feel their prices are extremely extremely fair!! I would highly recommend this company and ask for Tyler. Great Christian company and employees

I've used these guys 3 different times and have found them to be extremely professional reliable. I have worked with dishonorable plumbers in the past and these guys are not that. Tyler has been here 2 time and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. The 1st time he was here was to fix my daughter's bathtub faucet. As a father himself, he asked if i would like him to adjust the water temperature governor on that faucet so that the temperature would not reach a level to burn my children in case they were messing around with the handle. I appreciated the consideration. Also, Amie who is the receptionist has always been very polite and on top of things.

As a woman, reaching out to places such as plumbing at where I don’t know much about it, I can say that from the time of the phone call to David arriving at my home to work on my toilet. Everything was exceptional. There was no haggling on the phone clear communication and prompt service right away.
David arrived and was professional and courteous and very informative about what needed to be done. I highly recommend using this plumbing service. They were number one in the organic search. And surely did not disappoint.

Direct Source Plumbing was very prompt in returning my call and got me set up for an appointment the very next morning. Wes the technician called me to let me know he was on his way; very polite and professional. He was able to get the corroded bolt off my water heater and replace it and the hose with a new one. It was working in no time! Such a relief to have it fixed without having to replace the whole thing. Definitely recommend this company.

Expert level plumbing services. We had a rocking/leaking toilet which turned out to be an offset flange issue. David gave us a less invasive option to fix it after another company wanted to unnecessarily dig under the house. Happy with the results and the price was right. Thank you for a job well done and also for the business card magnet. It's a great feeling knowing we have a trusted professional we can call for any future plumbing needs.

Arrived within the hour, cleared roots and septic line within 20 min. Military discount, and within 30 min he was on his way. Quick, easy, and friendly I highly recommend and will use again.

Mr Brown is the best. Had problems with outside faucet and Mr. Brown suggested a temporary fix until the faucet could be replaced.

Finally had the faucet replaced.

I highly recommend this business and will be using again (if needed).

I can't speak more highly of the services that David provided me! He even beat a previous estimate by a dishonest contractor by over $1100. Upon conducting his excavation and through his expertise he was able to determine that there actually was no plumbing leak but a sprinkler system malfunction. INSTEAD of charging me the full price for a job that didn't need to be done, he negotiated the price of the excavator down to a few hundred dollars for 7 feet of digging. HE DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME A FEE FOR PLUMBING. This is integrity 👏 that you don't see much in this profession anymore. I've had David out since and recieved the same level of care and professionalism. He will forever be my plumbing expert and I hope you choose him for your family as well. Thanks David!!!
