They were there with a short notice.. Not only that but the tech did a great job. Honestly he went above and beyond the expectations.

To be fair, I have used this company twice before with no issues. My restaurant was scheduled to have our grease trap cleaned at 9am this morning. At 9:15, when no one showed up, I called the office and had to leave a message with an answering service. At 9:45, someone called to inform me that the previous job was running 2-3 hours behind. I was upset that I had driven 1 hour in rush hour traffic to make it to the restaurant on time for them to clean the trap (2 hours earlier than the normal time I come in). I expressed my concern to the man on the phone who simply said "These things happen". I asked why no one called me to tell me that the job was running late because obviously, they would have known that well in advance -- not 45 minutes after my scheduled time and not after I called them first. To make matters worse, my grease trap is located in a closet under a heavy beverage cooler and other things. I had to move all of the stuff out in anticipation of their arrival. Now, I have to move everything back. The guy asked me if I wanted to reschedule for tomorrow. When I asked if they are going to be there on time, he said he couldn't say for sure. I told him that this was ridiculous customer service. Instead of showing any remorse, he informed me that he hopes I find another company with whom I won't have these issues! Wow! Really???

We use this company to service our grease trap at the bakery and we love their service. They are super friendly, knowledgeable and very affordable! I highly recommend this company! We had Ricky as our service tech and he was wonderful and when I called in the lady who answered the phone was super super nice!

I would like to give a good review to my service Tech Mr. Ron - today I received excellent service and he was very detailed with the information he provided. Also he took the extra step of making sure he pressure washed the inside of the pit. Thank you for the focus and dedication.

Drivers, don't come to this place. The owner is very rude. He wants you to park perfectly, but the dock is dangerous. He'll speak to you rudely, and you'll have to respond the same way. Don't come here. Talk to your brokers and company owners. This guy is very rude, and you'll have a bad day.

We really had a phenomenal experience with this company and they were (by far) the best price since they are specialists.

Polite and professional. Was supposed to get a sleeve trench less Thursday, due to terrible install by the builder, had to go traditional dig up and replace. They immediately came back the following day (because I was getting my yard re-sodded that Friday), trenched that morning, replaced the pipe that afternoon. H2O service wasn’t off more than a few hours. Kept everything nice and tidy to allow the sod people to work around them. They came back early Saturday morning to fill the trench, which allowed the sod people to finish the yard by Saturday afternoon with no hiccups. They also honored the cheaper quote for the sleeve even though the trench and replace was more expensive due to how far down they had to dig. Definitely two thumbs up like the Fonz…Hhheeeyyy!!!👍👍 10 out of 10, definitely would recommend!
