We have used Accurate 3 times and fortunately may never need them again since they have now replaced ALL the plumbing for the house! We had old cast iron pipes and due to age they started breaking and leaking. After our first experience with them we have never called anyone else. They are personable, reasonable, incredibly professional and with the nightmare of plumbing problems, they were always the silver lining. Christian, David and Krissy seem to know us personally any time we called. They worked with us on payments and the 10 year warranty gives us great piece of mind. We love their work and you will too!

Steve was excellent at explaining entire process of fixing my slab leak and my sewer repair. He answered all my questions making me feel comfortable and educating me regarding my options. Very knowledgeable young man. 5 star rating.

We recently contracted with Accurate Leak and Line to replace all of the cast iron drain pipes under our house and to also replace the yard line from the house to the city drain system. We chose this company based on the outstanding reviews appearing online. We were not disappointed. From the initial phone call with David, to the on site estimate from Scott, to the project manager, Christian— we were kept in the loop on each detail. They always responded to phone calls and any questions or concerns we had. The job was completed in a very timely manner— three days to dig, one day to put the new pipes in, one day waiting for city inspection, and three days to put the dirt back in. We were only without water for about 7 hours. We recommend Accurate Leak and Line without hesitation. This was definitely an expensive undertaking —their quote was less than other bids. We appreciate the fact that they are specialists in their field of work — and it shows!

I would recommend Accurate Leak and Line to anyone that will listen. This company is amazing. They replaced out 50+ old drainage system under our slab within days. Everyone I spoke with during the process was beyond professional and helpful. They had to tunnel under the house in three places and was able to replace all the dirt during the back fill. They even replanted one of our plants by the house the had to be dug up during the process. After the job was done, there was not a single mess left and it looks amazing. Not to mention the state of mind knowing our past issues were fixed. The best part was Accurate had the best price from all three companies we had quote the job. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their services.

These guys did a fabulous job. They had a fair price and they knocked this out quickly with minimal interruption. The guys on site really went above and beyond so we were really pleased all around. It's tough to have the expense of a sewer line replacement but I'm glad we did our research and found people who take pride in their work and don't take advantage! Thank you!

Would not use. Came out through home warranty. Wanted to charge me for.more work than needed to be done and wa going to charge 10 times as much as another plumber. Thumbs down. All the way.

Accurate leak and line just finished a huge job for us. Full sewer replacement and full re pipe. It was done in a very timely manner and very professional. Christian was very good at keeping me updated along the process. The dig crew cleaned the yard up so well you can’t tell any work was done. Although this was very expensive they were a fraction of what other company’s wanted to charge me. I’m very happy I choose these guys. Thank you!

Was originally responsive for original appointment. He ended up having to reschedule ( which happens). But never responded when I left message to reschedule. Ended up calling another company.

We had our main pipe get clogged on a Friday afternoon these guys came so quickly and got everything running within an hour or so.. would highly recommend them!

Wayne and Hank came out to help with a long standing problem we had with a sewer service line clog. They worked very hard to find the issue that 3 other companies couldn’t figure out. Do yourself a favor and call these guys first. You won’t go wrong!

One of my kids dropped a pencil in our toilet causing a clog. I called ACE at 9 am and by 3 pm everything was fixed. When does same day service happen like that anymore? Very nice staff, responsive and affordable. Would call them again without hesitation.

I made 5 attempts over a two week period to contact this business regarding some work on basement pipes I needed done. I called three times, left voicemails, and submitted two requests online through their website, with my contact number and my email. Not once did anyone return any of my calls, respond to any of my voicemails, or respond to any of the requests I submitted online. Again, 5 attempts over two weeks with ZERO response from anyone there. Maybe they're a good company, but their customer service/response is in the toilet. Maybe business is booming so much, they can just disregard service requests.

Our kitchen sink was backed up, called Roto Router and after 2 hours, not only were they unable to fix it, they left me with a leaking pipe. Ace Drain and Sewer came the next day and after less than a hour both the clog and the leaking pipe were fixed.

Horrible company....do NOT use them. I had them come July 5 to unclog basement laundry drain and they left oily, grease stains all over my carpet. I emailed them the photos and then a week later I called and left a message, both times asking what their solution to the problem would be. They had no problem cashing my check but NEVER replied to my email or to my phone call to offer a rebate or to even acknowledge they did this and apologize. I am a woman going through cancer treatments and they know this! Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. I gave them one star only because they did fix the drain.

My wife and I had a rupture in our water main. Walton, ACE's parent company, did the work to fix it, and we could not be more pleased. Wayne and his team were prompt, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly. They coordinated the entire job, including working with the town to get a new meter installed. Walton was also half as expensive as our other quote. They even came the next day to fix the cement in the wall and spread mulch and grass seed on the dirt patch left from the hole.

It was all done in two mornings. I had no idea what to expect in this process, but my expectations were exceeded at every step of the way. I hope to never have an issue like this again, but if we did, we'd definitely call Walton/ACE.

Our main drain was slow, causing sinks and showers to drain poorly. The plumber used a drain snake to remove debris, and water now flows smoothly.

Really good , flexible with schedule and got the job done
