I highly recommend Stalcup Plumbing. I had an issue with a big clog near my main line. Brian came out, was professional, honest, fair, and very knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond, making sure the problem was taken care of.

Carl came out to unclog a drain for us that a competitor said they could not .
Carl was professional and got the right tool and kept me informed he did a great job what an asset to Stalcup plumbing. I am a Stalcup customer from now on.

I had an issue with a leaking water line outside my house and called Mr Stalcup. He arrived a few minutes later and quickly found the problem and was able to fix it in a couple of hours. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He cleaned up afterwards and left everything looking good as new. I am happy with the service I received and will be sure to call him first anytime I have plumbing needs in the future.

Bryan has just come by to assist us with lighting our hot water heater, teaching my daughter how to set this which has apparently blown out several times due to the garage doors being opened all at once. He has always been our plumber since we moved here in Arlington, and always does a good job. His prices are fair, too. I recommend you check with him and you will see he is knowledgeable. This is a gas heater and I knw I have some fear of using gas, but we have had a gas heater since we moved in 10 years agol

Bryan replaced a valve on our tankless water heater. He located the problem quickly when another company couldn’t figure it out and just recommended another system flush! He is very knowledgeable, has fair prices and does great work. We will definitely call him again when we have plumbing issues!

Carl came out and fixed my sewer blockage, worked really hard and wouldn’t quit till we found a solution, great job and would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issue.

I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Stalcup Plumbing. I was having a problem with a septic smell in bathroom. Carl came out, told us it was the p-trap, and not a broken wax seal like we thought. No charge. I was shocked as I thought he would charge a basic visit fee. This is the second time I used Stalcup after initially getting his name on Nextdoor. I recall having a good first visit and that’s why I called them back. I highly recommend this company.

I received two emails from the city advising me that I had a water leak. The second notice had the leak bigger than the first notice! Because I have big trees and a sprinkler system, my water bills are always high! I certainly don't need a constant leak. Craig answered my call; came when he said he would. Did a good job. Finding the relatively small leak was quite a challenge since there was no sign of it anywhere. Turned out to be in the slab. Craig said the best fix was to go up through the attic; save the tile floors, etc. Getting the pipes up through the walls proved to be some job, but he was successful.
I appreciated the good communication via our cell phones. Frequently checking re what was going on---trips to Home Depot, etc. He also put in several new turnoffs. Much needed in a 45 year old house! It's nice to know that I have a plumber to call should the need arise again.

My original appointment was scheduled for this Wed. Carl called me Monday morning asking if he could come at 9am which was perfect because I didn't want to wait till Wed. He arrived on time and explained the hydrostatic test he had to run to check for a leak under the house. He also educated me on my pipes (as I'm a new homeowner) and showed me live footage from a device he inserted into the pipe. He gave some tips and recommendations which I was very grateful for! I will keep them/him for my plumbing needs going forward.

Carl came out on a Saturday and replaced the outside Water Pressure Valve to my home. He provided me with my options and did the work quickly and efficiently. He was polite, knowledgeable and very much the gentlemen. I highly recommend Stalcup Plumbing and Carl!

Excellent service. My water heater gave out overnight. I called at 7am and had a new one installed by 11. Carl did an excellent job. He has a great personality and is very professional. I highly recommend !

I have called Stalcup two times now after moving into this new-to-us house. Both times Carl appeared right at the agreed time, provided accurate estimates, and did the job quickly. I appreciate his cheerful friendly attitude and the good options he gave me about future work as we spruce up this house.

Our hot water heater stopped working on the 4th of July, so the next morning I called Stalcup plumbing. Carl was able to come and take a look at it that afternoon. After troubleshooting, we decided the best option was to go with a new water heater and he was able to install it that afternoon. Carl was great to work with as he was very personable, explained what he was doing, and did and excellent job. We would definitely call Stalcup plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Carl came out to our house to fix a bathtub. Fantastic support, fast response time, taught me a few things and even cleaned up the area. 1000x better! Will absolutely be calling them back for future work. Highly recommend these guys! Be sure to request him do your work!
