Nathan was extremely knowledgeable, kind and took time to explain everything. He recommended I contact the City, to confirm whether the issue was City related or not. But he made sure the issue was taken care of, at least temporarily. I appreciated his honesty and the service he provided.

We had a bathroom sink clogged up, I called this company on Tuesday night, they were available and here on Wednesday morning. Michael was very professional and did a good job. He kept everything clean, and he provided me with a little bit of a discount which I appreciated. Good job 👍

Terry and Nathan were able to come out quickly on a Saturday and assess a broken pipe due to the freeze. They had great communication and let me know what was happening on every step of the way. The issue turned out to be part of our water softener so they did not have to make any repair, but they were able to bypass the system so we could continue to have water inside the house.

Terry and Nathan really stood out when they came over to check out my water heater. I had a bunch of questions and they didn't miss a beat – answered everything I threw at them, and I learned a lot in the process. I asked them for 24-inch supply lines, a new valve to fix the leak, and some estimates on other stuff. What surprised me the most was how on time they were. It's pretty rare to find service folks who actually show up when they say they will. Usually, you're left waiting around or they reschedule last minute, but not these guys. They were super punctual and really focused on making sure I was happy with everything. It’s a breath of fresh air to deal with people who genuinely care about the work they do and the people they're doing it for. Terry and Nathan definitely went the extra mile. I will definitely recommend Plumb Shield to others I know and I will be using this company again!

Called them for the first time today w a full house blockage at 11:15 a.m. and was told they could schedule a plumber for today between 1 and 3. No service call fee charged. Michael was great! He arrived shortly after 1, (after a call and then text from the service that he was on his way). Very cordial and friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Luckily, we only have a small issue. We were able to see w z camera the line and the offending roots. Have not yet committed to the full repair but glad to have plumbing working w family members here to visit!

Called at 12:30p on a Friday and had my issue fixed by 3p. Had a leaking hose bib that wasn’t secured in the wall correctly. Johnny and Terry were awesome and the finished product was 10 times more solid than before.

Terry and Nathan are great. Two knowledgeable professionals who take the time to explain everything. Plumb Shield had a coupon for a $170 main line clean out and camera combo, and they were prompt with their arrival and completing everything. They snaked and ran the camera and took the time to walk me through everything, and made sure that everything was flushing and draining. Super satisfied, 5 stars!

Michael and Nathan came out a day after I called about a water leakage. They arrived promptly with good text/call communication and explained what the problem would be. They gave me my options and good estimates and performed the work the day of. They completed the work on a timely manner and fixed the problem. Terry arrived on time with a friendly and courteous demeanor and got right to work on our yearly inspection. He worked through our home with respect and kept us informed of what he was doing at every step. When finished, he gave us a rundown of what he found and some things for us to keep an eye on. Our crazy dogs chased an animal that fell down and clogged our drains. @9 pm our drains were backed up. I called 3-4 other services and no one has a person to come out in the middle of the night. I get that. Lucky for us, Plumb Shield took the call and Terry The Plumber showed up in a timely manner. He unclogged the pipes and worked with my husband to resolve the issue. Terry even offered to use an equipment with a camera so my husband can have peace of mind.
