Its too bad you are too busy to get out of your chair and actually help a customer find a specific item they have described to you. I guess if you don't have and an appointment and have been sent to the showroom by a builder then they don't want to take the time to help you and your money is no good here. That was the attitude presented to me in the show room on a pop in visit. Thankfully there are other places that give excellent customer service, but this is not one of them

Called to get information on a water heater and talked to Brian, whom spent a lot of time explaining in detail the best solution for my issues. It's customer service like this that is so fleshing. Not only was he well versed but also professional and personable. Interactions like this let me know I can trust Moore supply. Will do business with them again and again

If plumbing supply houses were religions, Moore Plumbing Supply would be the Vatican and I’d happily make a mid-day pilgrimage just to worship at the altar of their hot dog roller. Let’s be real: nothing fuels a plumber’s soul like free popcorn, a fridge full of cold drinks, and the knowledge that you’re minutes away from laying some serious pipe.

The counter guys? Legends. They don’t just sling fittings, they sling wisdom. They may not be plumbers but you can sit back and watch a homeowner walk in and describe a problem with an annoying drip, that turned into a leak and is now borderline ready to exolode; in no time, these counter sales heroes will send them on their way with a plan to make sure their joint is lubed, tight and won't blow under pressure.

The showroom staff? These folks deserve a damn medal. They’ll take your customer by the hand and talk them out of hitting “Buy Now” on some 17 consonant-3 vowel brand faucet made by a chain-smoking nine-year-old in Wuhan with nothing but a butter knife and a dream, and instead sell them on something that’s built to last. They’ll steer them toward fixtures that install without a nervous breakdown, come with clear instructions versus a couple terrible drawings, and are actually repairable without sacrificing a goat under a full moon. In other words, Delta, Kohler, Moen. Real gear. Not the kind of bargain-bin junk that sprays sideways, leaks at the handle, and leaves you looking like you just lost a wet T-shirt contest in a customer’s bathroom.

This place is the full package and no matter what she says, size does matter when it comes inventory and Moore Arlington is not coming up disappointingly short.

You walk in stressed, sweaty, and a little backed up… you leave relieved, refreshed, and ready to finish the job. Five stars, two thumbs up.

My favorite place for JAG Construction customers to pick their plumbing fixtures from. Price is fair, quality plumbing selection. Way better then guessing off Amazon.

Purchased luxart faucets seven years ago here and I screwed up the aerator trying to get it out went to the counter sales at Moore / They pulled up my order from seven years ago called the company in Florida and luxart is sending at no charge 2 aerators and a key.

Last time I received service like that is when I broke my Plano tacklebox and they sent me a brand new part for free lol

Great place. Tight place to deliver at dock in a Kenworth sleeper with a 53ft trailer but doable. Pretty good unloading time. Friendly people. Professional. 👍
