It’s hard to find a plumber who is honest and professional. I highly recommend to anybody who wants their plumbing issues fixed at reasonable cost.

I called early and he came out quickly to repair our problem. He was upfront with the issues and cost to repair, as well as very reasonable.

I have used John a couple times and I will call him every time I have any plumbing issues. Professional, helpful and doesn’t overcharge.

Knowledgeable one man operation and flexibility with schedule

Called to report one of the drivers flying down Country Club. Which isn’t something I regularly do but he was going so fast it was concerning.

Me: hi, how do I report one of your drivers?
Him: what?
Me: (repeats question)
Him: I am the driver. What’s your problem?
Me: you were flying down Country Club.
Him: So?
Me: so you were going at least 50.
Him: and?
Me: so the speed limit is 40 and school just let out so it was 20.
Him: ok. *hangs up*

Integrity is what you do when nobody’s looking.
Character is what you do when you are asked to be accountable for your actions.
Being a decent human being is acting kind.

If you can’t do these things AND you’re in charge of a business, I hope people will see this and choose wisely. If someone cuts corners with the law, is rude to a stranger proving honest feedback in good faith, what corners will they cut with you?

This company decided to ride my bumper to where I could only see his windshield out of the back of my Toyota Rav4 in a residential zone. I was going only a little under the speed limit because of the road conditions. I tried to call the company to advise them of one of their drivers to make a complaint and rudely got hung up on when I asked where I can direct my complaint to. Would not recommend especially if this is how they treat people. I can only imagine how they'd treat me as a customer.

Looks like I'm not the only one to experience driving concerns and getting hung up as well. Great quality customer service with this one.

Great service! John and Mary are a husband and wife team. They came and replaced a bad wall valve and toilet valve with all new parts. They didn't waste time and made sure the job was done right.

John came out to fix a leak in my yard from the main to the house, he and his assistant stayed with it until it was completely fixed and tested. I highly recommend the thorough service they provided and at a reasonable price.

I had a leaking toilet and BVP was recommended by a friend. All fixed the next day, great job and very reasonable price. I asked for a quote to replace all flexi pipe fittings under the sink and bathrooms. I was curious as I'd just had them replaced in my son's house. BVP's price was ONE THIRD of a well known Gold Coast plumbing company!!! All done 3 working days later.
