Nate came (3rd time but that’s not his fault) for a suspected water leak under my house. He pulled out the listening device and did a pressure test to see if he could find anything. Nothing came up, thankfully. Nate was professional, and explained everything he was doing. Good guy. Would use J Rowe again for sure.

came out same day and because there was a cancelation they were able to fit us in early. tech fixed outdoor spigot in the pouring rain. he was courteous and respectful. he was knowledgeable and told me my best and worst case scenario before beginning work. allowed me to get my preschoolers all on the potty before shutting off my water. he repaired it quickly despite the pouring rain and was in and out before I even laid my preschoolers down for nap. will definitely use them again.
