J.Rowe always does a great job. Nate was quick to come over and very professional. They did a great job as usual.

Very quick response. Excellent workmanship. He ran a cleaning tool through the drains and opened it up right away.
He then offered the option of having the entire system pressure washed to throughly clean the accumulated grease over 42 years of use.
He was not pushing any extra service at me , just offering it.
I did accept that service and am so glad I did.
I could not believe all the garbage that came out.
AWESOME service.
Free estimate before they did anything. -
James Rowe. Excellent service, on time, professional and extremely tidy. Nathan and Jose solved my problem. Thank you. I have used James Rowe for many years and they are very reliable.
-
Very professional, great work. Both outside faucet pipes broke and leaked, he repaired both and upgraded both outside faucets.

Trust the reviews. These guys are great, honest and knowledgeable. Really appreciated the insight they gave me on long standing plumbing issues in my house. Highly recommend.

When you have Duffy and Jesse come out to fix your plumbing, you have the very best . They have many years experience, very knowledgeable and super guys. Have out to my house for two problems and each one was fixed properly and in a timely manner. I will never call another plumbing company but JRowe and if these guys leave I’m going to follow them where ever they go. 5 stars to this company

Our house needed a few plumbing jobs done and so my wife, after having read a few reviews, called this company. The person at the other end was very responsive and courteous, and she despatched a team the very next day.
That was how we came into contact with Duffy, a plumber par excellence. Besides being extremely polite and pleasant, he was thoroughly professional. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing, which generated a lot of confidence. Duffy took his work very seriously, and also seemed to enjoy doing it. He even went above and beyond his call of duty in ensuring that we were totally satisfied. And that seemed to satisfy him as well. Not surprisingly, when we needed a subsequent plumbing job done, my wife requested that Duffy be sent - and he was, and we were very satisfied again.
At a later date, when we needed another job done, Nathan came along, and he too was very polite, skilled and professional.
By now, we seem to have developed a lot of confidence in this company, and I am sure they have a whole bunch of very satisfied customers by now.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who might be requiring a plumbing job done. -
These folks do great work! They arrived earlier than the scheduled window and were in and out. Their prices are more than fair! I’ll definitely use them again!

We had an urgent issue with a gas vent connected to our water heating systems, and J-Rowe Plumbing came through for us at the last minute. Clannad Duffy was prompt, professional, and took care of the problem perfectly. He also went above and beyond by providing a service quote for regular flushes on our inline units, which require more frequent maintenance than standard water heaters. I truly appreciate the responsiveness and expertise of this company—love working with J-Rowe Plumbing and their team!

We were happy with how fast they came out to deal with our leak. The care paid to our home was perfection. They also saved us money by giving us all the options, but recommending the option that was the most cost advantageous and that made sense for our situation. There are other plumbers that are less expensive, but I have never felt like they were as knowledgeable or professional as J Rowe. When I don't know what's going on in my house with plumbing, I always call them. The only reason I gave 4 stars was that we felt the communication could have been better when there were delays on our repair. Other than that, it was perfect.

Larry and Agustin did a great job reviving my down RO system. I highly recommend them. They have great problem-solving skills.
-
Myles was very respectful. I wanted an estimate to replace or repair all the faucets in my house. He talked me through the options so I can decide exactly what I need.
-
They came out same day, replaced the gas water heater with best quality products, and guarantee their work for 6 years. Pretty impressive.
-
Fast arrival
Great communication
Nate was thorough and tolerated me asking a lot of questions.
They cleaned up as they went.
Great experience.
Thank you -
Myles and his apprentice Dalton were great.
They identified the problem with the stinky smell in our office bathroom, even where other plumbers missed it.
They also were able to locate our outdoor cleanouts that had been run over by a car and were broken and replaced those. They tested everything and ensured that no more smells were coming out of the toilet or lines. -
Duffy and the whole J Rowe Plumbing crew are class acts. Had a warranty claim and they were out there same day. They were able to fix the issue with ease at no charge.
-
Clannad and his partner were very professional and knowledgeable. They were also friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help fix my old quirky house’s plumbing!

UPDATE
Owner responded but did not call me to offer any solutions so this is really just spin control but I get it. Lots of arguing the wrong point this was not about paying the quoted rate it was about bait and switch
You told me quote over email. Not true. You had the parts in your truck to do the job the first time but insisted on hunting for more expensive parts. Finally you quoted an install then half way through you changed your price by presenting a second quote I had no choice at that point. These toilets are no harder to install because they have electronics in fact they are easier just plug and play. What did your techs configure on the electronics? Nothing. They plugged it in handed me the remote..
Makes me mad that you would try to spin it this way and I’m tempted to file a complaint with the TAG for deceptive trade practices
I needed a toilet installed and typically do it myself but was busy and thought I would let a professional do it. I saw good reviews and adds bragging they had lots of parts onboard and could get jobs done in one trip. In summary I think they do quality work but they are looking to charge as much as possible and are not looking out for the customer at all which I found disheartening in this economic time where people are struggling. I feel like I was taken advantage of.
1. I made an appoint. Asked for an estimate which their website says they will give you. Someone called to schedule the appointment when I asked what is the estimate, they said they were just a scheduler and could not give one they will give you one when they arrive so you get hit with a trip charge. Red Flag #1.
2. Arrived on time. Professional appearance. Looked at my toilet and the location and presented me a $500 estimate to install. Wow. I was expecting maybe $300 it takes like 30 mins. I was so busy and about to leave for a business trip so I just said ok do it at least it will be done and I assume professionally installed. Red Flag #2
3. Toilet installed but now we have a problem they cannot connect it to the wall because they don't have an adapter or the part. Now they present me with another estimate for $344 to install an adapter. Really? This is what really makes me mad. If they would have told me in advance they were going to need that I would have said not to do it but they waited until the toilet was installed. Not sure if this was just incompetence or planned but it's bad either way. Red Flag #3.
4. They say the part is rare or something. I pull one up at Lowes and buy it online in less than 5 mins. They say they will come back and install if I get the $12 part because they wanted like $150 to go get it. More craziness and Red Flag #4
5. They come the next day. They again say they can't get the part to work so going to go "research". I am without a toilet for a week. Red Flag #5.
5. I have to text them and say hello what is happening begging them to come charge me $350 to finish the job. They come back and basically make an adapter (copper to Pex) charge me $350 for that so why didn't we just do that day one???? Red Flag #6
So in the end, they completed the job for $844, 3 x the cost of the toilet which is absurd. Does it work. Yes. So far. Does the work seem like quality work? Yes it does. They forgot to caulk or did not care to but I am sure that is an add on. Guys who installed were nice enough, kept saying it was not them they have to charge this amount seemed embarrassed or it's just part of the sales tactic. Would I trust this company again? No I think they take advantage of people.
