Terry and Johnny showed up quick after I had a burst pipe in the master bathroom. Terry quickly assessed it and Johnny and him went to work getting the issue repaired. Although I’m not happy my house flooded because of this… I am happy that they were able to get me and my family back comfortable till insurance does their thing.

Would highly recommend!

Terry and Damien came out to Replaced The Shower Assembly and did a Great Job Not to mention they also went and got the parts that were needed to do the job they also had to cut out the sheet rock to reach the Valves they did a Great Job Would Definitely Recommend Their Services.

I had a severely clogged toilet, and Terry and Johnny were absolute lifesavers! They arrived promptly, were incredibly courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. I had an issue with one of our toilet tanks continuously running or filling up. I called plumb shield plumbing based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. From speaking to the customer service rep to meeting Michael the plumber my experience was fantastic. Michael was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He also completed a dye test to determine if any other problems existed. He then noticed our toilet seat was loose and fixed that free of charge and unprompted. He also noticed an issue with the handle quickly fixing it without charging it. He was extremely courteous, kind, and respectful. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.

This company is awesome! I called them first thing in the morning and they showed up as within the agreed time frame.

Terry and Nathan were very professional. Nathan had the bathroom faucets installed within minutes. So, I decided right then I should have them swap out my leaking outside hose bib. It was not part of my service call. Terry jumped right on it and in just a few minutes.

These might not seem like a big issues however, to older people, we don't have the arm strength or the flexibility to climb inside a cabinet to change out a faucet that was leaking.

I recommend Plumb Shield Plumbing to anyone! Terry and Nathan put in writing what the estimate was and the final bill was exactly what the quote was. Nathan explained that we had a 6 month leak warranty. I doubt I will ever have to use it since the faucets do not leak anymore.

Rarely will unforseen plumbing issues be considered a pleasant experience. But on this occasion, it definitely was. Terry was very knowledgeable and patient while answering the host of questions we had for each new problem area that was discovered. He and Nathan both took the time to explain what was happening and showed their work throughout the entire process. Started with replacing a faulty water line and installing a new toilet. To identifying and fixing another major issues. Can't complain about cost with this type of quality. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Terry and Nathan did an amazing job replacing my water heater, hooking up my dishwasher, and replacing the water valves for my washer! I really appreciate that they took the time to go through the details with me, double checked their work, and were overall amazing. This is actually the second job I have hired them for, because they did such an amazing job the first time!

Mike and terry were incredibly responsive, our water heater went out this morning and was replaced within three hours! We have never had a job done so quickly, efficiently and professionally on our house historically in the time that we have been living here! They were able to give us all of our options and lay them out, they were fast, got it done same day and were so honest and personable.
