So far my experience hasn't been great it started off very promising but that was before the installation and since then the customer service has gone down hill at a rapid rate phone calls not returned messages left unanswered and I'm still not sure it the system is actually working I only have your word for it. After over 30 years as either a Director of Engineering or VP of Support Services for major healthcare organizations I have had the opportunity to assess and, if good, hire contractors. Without a doubt Energy Renovation Center is far above the others in professionalism, very fair pricing, and delivery of services. From start to finish they keep you abreast of each step of the installation and make sure you are comfortable with the progress. Other than seeing the solar panels you will not find any evidence of their being at your site after they leave. Extremely clean and tidy. I do not believe you can find a better company. I might add that my electrical bills are now averaging under $20 per month.

Keith Gonzalez came out to give me an estimate, and he was kind, courteous, and thorough. And on top of that, he didn't just help me get a loan, he worked to get me the best rate, 1.99%. The installation was completed in the time frame promised, and it looks great. Every part of the system was explained to me so I knew exactly how everything worked.

Keith also walked me through a couple energy provider plans that give net an awesome one for one buy back net metering so that I can get real monetary value out of the energy I'm producing even when I'm not using it.

They are locally owned and vertically integrated company, another thing real important is they own their building so they are here for the long haul, simply put all the way around they were fantastic to work with, I highly recommend Energy Renovation Center!
