After looking into the different brands of solar panels, it became clear that REC solar panel brand was the choice for me. I called REC Solar who recommended their certified installer Energy Renovation Center. An appointment was made with Keith, who was more than willing to come to our home, however we did it all virtually and the process was so simple! He showed us the different options and his recommendations, He wasn't pushy but informative so I decided to give the go-ahead to check my credit because I didn't know if my score would qualify me but it did! Keith quickly prepared my file for the project manager to do their part, Rachelle went to work on our behalf with the engineers, power companies, drawing and obtaining the difficult city permits. Keith has been great to work with and took care of all the details for us. I would recommend REC Solar, for anyone interested in going solar I say give Energy Renovation Center a call they will take care of you! Oh yeah and they gave me 3 FREE appliances as part of my package and they beat out the competition and still got me the appliances!!!

Who isn't going solar? I've heard about it seen it everywhere and when I started my search and found ERC I knew they were the right people for the job. The full transparency is really want locked me in, their honest demeanor made me feel so comfortable and safe with my decision. There are so many frauds/ scams out there and thanks to ERC I knew exactly what to expect out of my solar! The pricing was by far the best as well as real genuine customer service made the decision very easy for me! We are getting installed next week and I can't wait to be officially solar! I have had my system for a little over a year and I have absolutely loved it. In recent one of the breakers went bad on a Sunday afternoon. I reached out to Energy Renovation Center not expecting anyone to respond, but within 30 minutes, a technician called me set up an appointment and was at my house later that evening. They did an investigation figure out what was wrong with the system and within 48 hours everything was resolved. Energy Renovation Center did everything in their power to ensure my system with operating properly.

Something else I’ll add, solar companies, come and go, But these guys take it serious and they’re here for the long haul.

Had my system installed with Energy Renovation Center. 28 panels and asked for no pipe on the roof. Job well done. No pipe on the roof and they even went the extra mile and have no pipe on the wall where they put the electrical parts. Highly recommend them. Install guys showed up on time. And kept the back yard and work area clean. Five stars from me.

Run away far and fast! I feel like we were sold snake oil. The sales rep, Hunter, was great at first and made so many promises to help us get through the process and set up. He was great until we started having problems, then disappeared. Communication was awful. They sent a crew from 3 hours away to do a one day job that ended up taking over a week. In the middle of the job a hail storm hit and we asked that the project be paused so we could have the roof reinspected for damage. When I came home they had continued to work and even had to send another local crew to finish the job for them. We did have hail damage and had to have all the panels taken off and put back on costing us thousands extra. The system hasn’t produced what was promised and we are paying for panels AND an 200-300 electricity bill. Energy Renovation has basically told us it’s not their problem. I feel so scammed.

Cody made the process of getting a new roof so easy. He was knowledgable, honest, and personable. He went above and beyond to make sure that every question was answered thoroughly and gave us full assurance every step of the way, even when insurance was being difficult. The day of our new roof going on was hassle-free, and they went the extra mile to make sure there was absolutely nothing left behind, not even a nail. We are so thankful to have had Cody working with us and would recommend him and his team to anyone!

I moved into this home in 2018. And found that it was very hot out here and also very cold. I use my air conditioning throughout the summer because it gets up to about 106. And during the winter the ice so I have to use my heater which requires electricity. The electricity company out here is not a very gracious company. So they were charging me a small fortune. I had energy renovation to come out and install solar panels for Me. And it has cut my electricity down quite a bit. The installers who came out where professional, and very good about explaining how to use the Wi-Fi part of the system. Solar panels are working very well even to this day.I would recommend this company to anyone who Needs solar.

Mike and Justin were absolutely outstanding. Two guys that show the epitome of the electrical profession. They were extremely patient with all my dumb questions and it was an art to watch them work installing the battery. Mike made sure all my questions were answered and set up the Franklin app for me. He provided a demo on all the functions including taking me off the grid to show the battery working and putting me back on the grid and watching the waiting period for the solar to kick in again. If you are looking for a battery, Franklin is the one to buy and Mike and Justin with Entergy Renovation are the ones to install.
