Tree reviews in Arlington, Texas

Don't call the fire department, call Tree Top.
My cat had been up in a tree ( 50-60 feet), they were the only company that would come and rescue him. They were so great and sweet with my cat! Mark was helpful and will be the first I call for actual tree service!

My experiences with Tree Top over the last 5 years has been exceptional.
They do what they promise, they do it well, and their quality is awesome. They are not the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive. The quality of their work, and their employees professionalism, combined with their customer service, make them a very good value for your money. I would highly recommend TreeTop Tree Services.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The Estimator seemed to know exactly what I wanted done. The price was better than I expected. The crew that came out did not finish the first day but left everything cleaned up and returned the next day and finished the tree trimming and left again with all clean up done. The crew leader also made sure I was happy with the work before leaving. There was no communication issues. I could not be happier with the job they all did.

I have a large pecan tree in my front yard that hadn't been cut in over 5 years. The team came out and gave me a quote on trimming the tree while keeping it healthy. Then they completed the tree trimming within 2 business days of giving me the quote. I work from home and I was worried that I would hear the chainsaws and tools all day, but the team was super fast, super friendly and way quieter than I expected! My tree looks great and I will definitely use TreeTop Tree Services again!

Used TreeTop Tree Service to help clear up some limbs that were hanging over our pole-to-house power line and provide a nice cushion for a handful of years. Crew was extremely efficient, friendly, and cleaned up all debris.

Highly recommend using them for your tree needs.
Thanks Joe & Mark!

Needed a dead tree removed and general tree trimming with a few problem branches growing close the roof of the house. Mark gave me an estimate in about 15mins of arriving and pointed out some issues that previous tree trimming efforts had caused. Taught me a lot about general tree maintenance. He said they would make it look like a park where sight lines would be opened up but shade would still be provided from the top of the trees. The crew showed up on time and was done in 2hrs. They had 2 crews so it was a bit faster than normal. When they were done they showed me around and I was amazed at the difference it made. They even got rid of some trimmings I had just piled up in the corner. I didn't watch them but pretty sure they cleaned the driveway and sidewalk. Very professional and nothing was out of place when they were done. We'll worth the money for the results and knowledge I've gained to maintain the work they've done. Very satisfied with everything.

Mark's crew is very dependable and efficient. I trust them to be the experts in keeping the trees looking great. I'm a repeat customer and have never been disappointed by the quality of their service. This company knows what it's doing!! If you want outstanding service and communication plus a great price, I definitely recommend that you call TreeTop!!

I called TreeTop Tree Service. Owner came that day and gave me a bid (price was a little lower that competitive bid). Scheduled for a few days later. His crew showed up on time. They were very skilled. They were friendly and did everything I asked. When they left, you could not tell they had been there except the trees were gone. I highly recommend them.

We hired TreeTop initially to remove trees in our backyard, but we found they do much more than just tree removal. Excellent job with landscaping and getting our backyard in pristine condition. We even hired them to do on-going lawn maintenance and six months later we are still very happy. Jeremiah is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend their services - tree removal/trimming and beyond!!

TreeTop Tree Service were excellent. They are a 5 star company in my book. They showed up on time and handled business like a boss. The employees were courteous and professional. They cleaned up their work area. The price was reasonable. I will use their services again. Thank you TreeTop Tree Service!

The trees in our front yard needed a trim and TreeTop had a very reasonable price and came out within a week. The crew was professional and they did a very good job. It was a small job, but they treated me like any other customer. I honestly can't stop staring at the front of my house, the trees look awesome. Highly recommend!

Joe came by for a free consultation and we knew from then that they were the real deal. The whole crew were very professional and trimmed our trees with breeze. They also took care of the big branches that were hovering over our roof and pulled up a few of our bush stumps. They are also very reasonably priced. Would recommend them to anybody that needs tree work done and we will call them again for any future work needed.

The guys did a fantastic job for us!
Great removal of our tree!

Receptionist is rude and hangs up when voicing concerns about their company. Can't get anyone on the phone. Horrible customer service.

Had a wonderful experience working with Mark and TreeTop Tree Service. They were very responsive and provided a thorough proposal with detailed information about the trees on our property and what was needed. Mark took the time to answer all of our question, provided guidance, and created estimates for future work we'll need done. They were very prompt and professional. We had several large trees trimmed and a smaller one removed within a couple of days. Overall a very positive experience!

While buying our house, TreeTop was hired to determine whether a tree that was split down the middle (possibly lightning strike) posed a risk to the house. They surprised us by giving it a thumbs up but advising cutting down a tree right beside it. Months later, the "split" one we were worried about is healthy and producing lots of great shade and beautiful flowers.

When the time came for the remaining trees to be trimmed, we gave TreeTop a call. Joe was excellent to work with, gave plenty of advice, and answered a LOT of questions after hours. They also didn't push back when we stipulated that we wanted certain things specifically called out in the work scope we would be signing.

The crew showed up on time, confirmed our satisfaction as they moved from tree to tree, and were happy to discuss their rationale for addressing one branch vs an adjacent branch. They didn't try to skimp on work or rush us toward the end when we wanted to do a walkhru.

No complaints at all. Absolutely giving them a call next time we need work.

First rate service and they did an excellent job at removing all the tree stumps and huge above ground roots in my yard. Grinded them down nice and deep. It was great experience dealing with the estimator Joe Maxwell. Highly Recommended!

If you want a tree expert that delivers extraordinary, exceptional work, TreeTop Tree Services is the company to call. I had a giant and beloved tree that had to come down for safety reasons. Mr Green and his team came in with amazing professionalism and removed the tree quickly and safely. They left my property spotless. After this experience, I will only trust my tree needs to Treetop Tree Services.

Superb the quality of Service; from office to street employees. Employees were very respectful and area was cleaned even better that it had it before. Definitely, I would recommend them!

We were already using TreeTop for our tree trimming maintenance and had been very happy with their work.

But, after the recent storm in our area, we had two large branches break off one of our large Red Oaks (plus, another branch broke off a very large bush/tree, when one of the Red Oak branches came down upon it) and needed their help as soon as possible, since we were concerned about the branches possibly hitting our roof, if they totally separated from high up in the tree.

When I first called Mark, he said that they were really backed up because of all the storm damage, but could be here in two days. I was happy that they could be here that quickly, but was pleasantly surprised when their 5-man crew arrived the NEXT DAY!

The crew quickly got to work and had everything taken care of and the area nicely cleaned up in about 90 minutes.

The charge for their emergency service was very reasonable. I'm sure other companies would have charged much more, given the situation.

We are very impressed with TreeTop. Thanks!

Excellent Service….needed my palm tree wrapped in a hurry….they dropped everything to accommodate my needs the next morning…will definitely be using them for all my needs
