Tree reviews in Arlington, Texas

I called on a Saturday (08/09/25) and spoke with Mark. I was afraid it was oak wilt. He assured me that it wasn’t from my description. He told me several things that need to be done to help the tree. He nailed it! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and your wonderful customer service.

I've now had 2 great experiences with Tree Top. Last year they cut down a huge Cottonwood tree. Massive project! Today, the cut down a mulberry tree, ground stumps, and did maintenance on all my other trees. Mike was my point person. He was easy and timely to work with. Marceo was our on- site supervisor, again, great to work with. The team of 4 arrived on time, respected my property, did a professional job, and cleaned up when they were done. I'd use them again without hesitation.

Excellent service, crew is very attentive and they did a great job! They cleaned up and removed all branches! They have a high lift which can get the top! Called them back to trim a little more on the top which was my fault! Came back did what I asked no charge! Would recommend them highly. 😀

I looked around to find a tree service company to help us install some bushes & 2 trees. I found Tree Tops Tree Service & spoke with them about my project.
Each person I spoke with was very polite & professional. They gave me a very fair quote & were also very flexible with the delays I had for the tree delivery.
They arrived early, but called to make sure it was OK.
The employees were great! They did a great job installing & the trees look fantastic!
I will definitely call them again, & recommend them anyone needing help in the yard.

Joe removed a tree for me last year that was 10/10. Joe and I consulted about trimming one of my other trees a couple weeks ago and it did not turn out the way I asked. Not only did he not let me know when I was on the schedule, he took off significantly more than I asked for, including mature, well-established branches that provided a lot of shade in my yard. I wish he would've marked it up for my approval when he was there on Friday so I could let him know my thoughts before they showed up on Monday. (I wasn't home, so I couldn't say anything during the trimming).

Good work at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again. Daniel was true to his word and everything went perfect.

These morons came over to trim my neighbor’s trees and started chopping my trees that were CLEARLY on a different property. They were cutting branches that were over my roof, not even close to the neighbors property line. They didn’t trim anything, they completely butchered her trees and part of mine. When I told them to stop cutting my trees, they were rude and unapologetic. I would honestly be shocked if those trees actually survive after what they did to them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I'm getting ready to replace a flat roof with a hip roof and needed my neighbor's tree cut back to the property line. The crew really knew what they were doing. I was amazed to see them set up a zip line and let the cut branches ride it down to the guys on the ground. Best of all... I felt another branch should have been brought down AFTER I had paid and the crew left. Brent had a crew here within a couple hours. It's hard finding contractors that will show back up once they've paid. Treetop is a top notch company!

Very happy- quick consult, easy paperwork. The crew that showed up was professional, kind and did the job fast and cleaned everything up after. Will be recommending them to my friends

TreeTop came out and trimmed back my neighbor's tree from my property. They did a fantastic job!! They cleaned up after they finished and didn't hurt my oleander, even though it was in the way.
I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tree trimmed.
Thank you.

I had an emergency tree removal & Tree Top Tree Services was on top of it! A very large branch fell on our 2nd story townhouse & was still suspended across our back yard. When I called, Joe was here within a couple of hours. I really thought this was gonna be a hard job that they may not even want to mess with.. It was in a very tight space with mutlple aluminum sheds in their working area. Joe was very reassuring that his crew could get it without even having to move anything. From start to finish they did an excellent job.. I couldn't be happier & will definitely be using them in the future. Awesome company!!

Joe and his team did a great job on our trees and they were very courteous and on time. They ground up all the limbs and raked the yard and used a blower to clean up.

High quality tree trim, competitive price, thorough cleanup. Highly recommended!

We used this service for the second time in September 2025 to raise the canopy for an oak tree in our front yard. They came through as before. High quality work, great price, thorough clean up. Lee and his crew were friendly, efficient and thorough in trimming our tree. They get an A+!

For many years, I've worked in the service industry, and I’m very critical of other contractors. Their prices must be justifiable and competitive. This company was $400 more than two others and up to $2,000 less than several other places I called. Mike was very good at reading the room, and I appreciated the lack of bullshit. When his team carried out the service, there were a few hiccups, but Mike was able to remedy the situation. I wish they had done a better job of repairing my gutter, but they did okay considering it wasn't their particular skill set. Mike even ordered his guys to help me move something heavy. Overall, I’m happy with the service Mike provided, and I recommend his company to you.

Tree Top service crew was excellent. Very professional. They cut down and stumped my old 35 plus yr silver maple tree, which was breaking and coming to the end of life . There are no damages to any of my external structures nearby. They were quick and precise. It was amazing to watch. Completely satisfied and will recommend them to others who need this service. It is my second time using Tree Top.

I highly recommend TreeTop Tree service for anyone's tree needs!! I made a call to get a few estimate and Joe was out the same day, courteous and professional. Crew came out the very next day to tackle the job with professionalism, efficiency and care. Thanks TreeTop!!!

Treetop Tree Service recently removed a massive tree from our yard, and the entire experience exceeded expectations.
The pricing was surprisingly affordable—lower than we anticipated. The work itself was outstanding: clean, thorough, and expertly done. What really stood out, though, was the team. The sales rep, crew, and crew manager were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and respectful from start to finish. Such a great group of people!
We’re truly grateful for their hard work and professionalism. Highly recommend Treetop Tree Service!

Their crew was in the neighborhood just yesterday and I approached them to take a biz card for a quote. The crew member called the office and I gave them my information. Within 15 minutes their representative was at my door and after inspection gave me a fair quote. I had recently obtained a quote from a different company but did not pull the trigger. Their quote was almost $200 higher than Top Line. I gave a hand shake and they scheduled me for the next day. Overall I was impressed with their response, pricing and performance. If you are considering a tree service I suggest looking into Top Line Tree Service for a competitive quote!
