Raymond Hernandez and his team were the best. To have to work with someone almost daily for a week, they were so easy to work with. I never felt out of place in my home, I was fully aware of the process of my home restoration. Thank you for your help!

Falcon Nest - Rainbow International did a great job and supplied us with a new roof as well as all the details including vents, flashing and gutters. They came prepared with material and a large crew. They completed the job in less than one day compared to the time before which was 3-4 days. Shrubs and lawn had no damage and cleanup was excellent! This is a professional and courteous business and I will be happy to select them for future projects.

Rainbow staff are wonderful to work with. Chris was at our home hours after the fire and created a Matterport video which was extremely helpful when dealing with insurance, etc. The staff was very nice, trustworthy, and accommodating. Any problems were satisfactorily addressed. Thank you, Chris, Katharine, and all the staff at RR of Arlington.

Our washing machine had a major leak. I sucked up about 20 gallons of water from carpeting. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they recommended and contacted Rainbow Restoration. I received a call from Rainbow Restoration about 30 minutes later but missed it because I was sucking water from carpeting. I returned the call around 5:30pm and spoke to CJ English. He was extremely polite and professional, answered my questions, and was at my house about 90 minutes later. He tested carpeting, walls and cabinets for water damage and set up fans and dehumidifiers for the night. The next day he arrived after working with my insurance company and removed damaged items. CJ has been wonderful to work with. He explained everything they were doing and what he would do with the insurance company to get our claim approved. I can't speak to Rainbow Restoration as a whole but if you need them definitely ask for CJ.
