Like with anything be Dillegent and get out and ask other costamers what the work was like after thy have lived in there new homes. AND ask about how the response was if thy had problems and how thy were dealt with. And did thy come with a big attitude. Get a long list of people and YOU pick out some to go talk to Don't be lazy about this, its important.With dealing with the LTC Co.all ways have paper on hand and if anything is inplyed verbally put it on paper and get a signature. And record all meetings no mater how small thy may seem. Don't talk about what may or may not be done over the phone, alway record or have pen and paper, and do it in person. ( get signature ) Any change orders get it down CLEAR what it is and who will pay for it. I just wished i had folowed my own words of advice. I was kinda under the gun for a place to move cense moving from New England. Don't get perswaded or suckered in because the name LTC, heads up and shop around with other builders. I gratefully regret using LTC and could never recommend them to anyone. If you have a lot of time stop in and we can talk.

Great people, quality work. They completed a large kitchen remodel for us and everything was excellent. They always do what they say which is hard to find in today's world. Look no further for your next contractor.

Jeff, Kaleb and the crew was a delight to work with. We were under a pretty tight time crunch to get our windows installed and they made it work.

I use LTC Professionals because they are a company that does professional work. Jeff Parrent is a man of integrity and holds to high standards. All of his subcontractors follow the same mantra. I have used his company for three major projects and three minor ones and there has been absolutely nothing to complain about.

LTC made the process of building our mother-in-law's house better than expected. I was initially overwhelmed at such a large task, especially since I had many different one-off requests and requirements. From design, through final execution, Jeff, Erick, Traci and all of the LTC crew made the process painless and helped make the project cost-effective. Their teams arrived on-time and were quick and efficient. When reaching out to any of the team, responses to questions were always timely. They had a level of professionalism that is hard to find nowadays, especially in this crazy building/housing market.

Jeff came out to my home to give me a quote but once he understood the scope of the work I wanted done as well as the timeline I had in mind, he was open and honest with me that, due to other projects he had committed to, our timelines would not aligned.

I appreciated his honesty with me and that he didn't even entertain the idea of squeezing me in or rushing my project. I could tell that if he takes on a job, he will make sure that the job is done right. This spoke volumes about the amount of care and integrity that he has.

It is unfortunate that I was not able to use LTC Pro Builders for this job, but will definitely keep his card around for any future projects we may do.
