Constraction reviews in Aubrey, Texas

Master bath remodel. LTC Pro Builders made our bathroom accessible and luxurious. The remodel was finished in a much-needed timely manner. We would absolutely work with LTC Pro Builders for our future construction needs. We highly recommend them!

Jeff Parrent and everyone involved in the renovation of our home were outstanding to work with. They consistently demonstrated enthusiasm for our project and dedication to our happiness with their work, professional ethics and conduct, expertise, attention to detail, and openness to our wishes and priorities. They always showed their awareness that this was our home and we should be making the decisions about what we wanted, but we were completely comfortable with the recommendations they made when we asked for their advice. We always enjoyed working with Jeff and every man on his crews. We love the end product! Our house is beautiful and we are very happy with the quality of their work. We would definitely recommend LTC Pro Builders to anyone, including our closest friends and family.

I have used LTC Builders two times, once to remodel my kitchen and now to remodel my master bath. My experience on both projects was beyond my expectations. Jeff and his crew were very professional and the quality of their work is exceptional. Everyone that visits my house loves my kitchen and bath. I would recommend LTC Builders highly. I plan to use them in the future for additional projects.

All home construction/remodel projects have a pain factor to some degree or another. Working with Jeff Parrent, LTC team members and subcontractors truly kept that from being the case in our recent extensive home remodel project. Having experience with construction I have to say that Jeff's communication with the client is the best I've experienced. Also his teams attention to detail and communication level is the best I've seen. I would highly recommend them for any construction project.

LTC went above and beyond to build us our dream home. Definitely recommend them for your construction needs. New or remodel

Working with Jeff and the team at LTC Pro Builders was truly an exceptional experience. In an industry where reliability can be a rare find, Jeff and his team stood out by consistently delivering on their promises. The level of professionalism and dedication they brought to the project was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and top-notch contractor for their projects. I know they made our remodeling dream come true!

I just used LTC for the second time to replace my 2 single garage doors with 1 custom double door. They also put a pocket door in my laundry room. Jeff did a great job and was a pleasure to work with! I will keep using them for my home projects because I can always trust that the job will be done right!
I highly recommend LTC!!

My review from 7 years ago:
LTC is a top notch company! They completed a beautiful patio extension and built in grill for me, this summer. They were a dream to work with. Their employees are knowledgeable and trustworthy and their subs are great to work with. Totally satisfied with my finished project!! I would use them again in a heartbeat!!

Did major renovations to our house as well as built an addition on to it for my mother in law. Will definitely use them again for any work we need done in the future!

My wife and I hired LTC Pro Builders to renovate our kitchen and we could not be more happy with the results! Working with Jeff was a real pleasure. Erick is a rockstar as well. I would recommend without any hesitation.

LTC Pro Builders did a great job of renovating our house. They did extensive plumbing/electrical/truss repair/etc. work. They remodeled our bathrooms and bedrooms. They have been professional, extremely competent, courteous, and helpful. The work has exceed expectations.

We would give 10 stars if we could. The LTC team built a pergola for our backyard and they did an amazing job! They were always on time, very courteous and professional. They completed the build when they said they would and did such a great job cleaning up you would never know they had been there. And their service didn't end there...Jeff said if we ever needed anything to give him a call and we did...got a great recommendation for a plumber. This team definitely goes above and beyond your expectations.

Great

Great people who work hard. Love them.

Fantastic work by people who obviously take pride in what they do. Couldn't be happier with the job done.

Great people to work with! Very professional, very personable! I highly recommend using their services!

They created the foundation for our log cabin addition in 2015; pier and beam. Very professional, quick to complete the task, quality and not over priced.

If they serve the area, will have them complete the driveway and foundation for our Oklahoma property when we move there.

Custom Clean and Grade did an absolutely fantastic job on the grade work and pad for our new build. We also had them do our circle driveway in crushed asphalt and couldn't be happier with the results. Exceptional service from start to finish.

We have been working with Jeff since 2017. He has done multiple projects for us over the years including full guts and remodels on the kitchen, bathrooms, stairs and fireplace. We removed a wall between our family room and kitchen for an open plan, moved all the plumbing and literally reimagined the look of our stairs/floors. Everything is still beautiful and all the work was quality. Whenever we are ready to upgrade something we go back to Jeff and he leaves us feeling like our home is as new as it was when we first moved in 32 years ago. Over the years he has become our go to contractor and a friend trusted with our home. As you can see the house is very lived in, but with Jeff's help, still very beautiful after so many years.

I’ve known Jeff for over 10 years. He’s done two home projects for me that turned out great. Great communicator, reliable, fair pricing and doesn’t over promise and under deliver. I highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.
