I appreciate that Mr. Powell answers his phone, knows what he’s doing and doesn’t back away from tough problems. Our system would run sometimes and sometimes not. It was frustrating for us and we had some plants that were struggling because of it. Thomas made time for us on the day we called and he found and solved our issue. Thank you Spot On Outdoor Services!

Had Mr. Powell out to fix several issues with our sprinkler system and he did an awesome job! Very professional and knowledgeable and was here right on time. I would definitely recommend this company, and will be using them anytime I have an issue.

We called to repair several nonfunctioning stations with our sprinkler system. They gave me several openings they had... even on a Sunday.
The technician was very courteous and called Shortly before arriving on time. Within a little over an hour we had at least four stations operating that had not worked in some time. Being mindful of time and Budget the technician even explained to me how I can repair some things on my own.
When there was a little misunderstanding regarding the billing...the owner called and Worked to make sure we were satisfied.
We will certainly recommend them and will gladly use their services in the future.

Thomas was AMAZING, so personable, on time, so responsive, called me before he was coming, very genuine and honest. I couldn’t recommend this company and Thomas anymore! Only person I’d use going forward!

I had some sprinkler heads that needed to be repaired. Thomas was able to come out the same day and look at my system. He found a couple of leaks and additional heads that needed to be replaced. He did great work on my system and I'll be using his services in the future.

Called Thomas to come and troubleshoot a sprinkler system that had partially stopped working. He couldn't make out on a Saturday, so he offered to come out on a Sunday. I had a very obscure wiring issue in the middle of my system and Thomas, not only found it, but repaired it. I'm still not sure how he did... I would highly reccomend him for any of your sprinkler needs. I will be referring him and only him to my friends, family and neighbors!

This gentleman helped us tremendously. He was prompt, precise, and on time with his services. He insured us of what needed to be repaired, and what did not need a repair as well as he included everything on our invoice for our realtor to ensure everything was taken care of 100%. The process was very seamless and I would recommend him to anyone because he definitely takes care of the job.

Spoke with Thomas earlier today about our sprinkler system having issues. He was able to fit us in the schedule and get us back on track. Thomas provided settings adjustment recommendations and look forward to our yard bouncing back. Thomas noticed DV plates on my car, shook my hand, and thanked me for my service! Always appreciate professionalism shown in that way.

Had to get our backyard all redone due to adding a patio slab. They came out to give me an estimate within a couple of days and then came out to fix it shortly after. Backyard reran with new heads and done quickly. Looks fantastic and now great coverage on the yard. Definitely will be calling them back when needed.

Hired "Thomas" to come out and fix an issue. In about 8 seconds he identified my problem, recommend a fix, and executed. I'm very happy with both the service and professionalism of Thomas. THANK YOU for great service (and repairing in < 24 hours after first call!! I'm thankful you fit me in with so little notice) So appreciated!!!

Reached out to Spot On because of the great reviews on google. Thomas came out and did a sprinkler test on the system - was very friendly, knowledgeable. Promised to give me a quote later that day. Didn't hear anything from him. Followed up the next day, no response. Followed up the next day - called - he picked up, acted like no issue and promised to provide a quote and schedule the repair later that day. Needless to say, haven't heard anything since (been 4 days). Going with a competitor - plenty around. I am sure his abilities and workmanship are good - based on reviews - but timeliness and responsiveness are key to winning business.

Couldn’t be more pleased with Spon On’s quality of service. Thomas always made me feel prioritized and was quick to act when I needed him (twice)! His pricing is good, his service is top notch, and his customer service can’t be beat.

First time I called him was for a busted pipe at my back-flow valve. He got me situated in a timely manner and even preformed the back-flow test when he was done to send to the city.

Then 2 months later, I thought I had another leak. He came out quickly, surveyed the irrigation and found no leak which was good to hear. Also winterized my system while he was out!

Definitely recommend and will be using him for all irrigation issues.

If anyone needs their sprinklers serviced or has an emergency, I HIGHLY recommend Thomas at Spot On Outdoor Services!!!! We were out of town for 2 weeks, and our neighbors texted us telling us that we had a leak in our front yard! I called Spot On Outdoor Services at 8 a.m. and Thomas was at our house at 9! He fixed everything for us and made sure the water was back on before we got home! We didn't have to lift a finger!

I had Thomas with Spot on come to my house this season when we were finally able to open up the sprinkler system. Of course I had some leaks, heads broken etc. Thomas did an excellent job, cleaned up any mess and my sprinkler system is running perfect, probably better than it ever has. He even adjusted heads that got out of alignment. Since starting the sprinkler system this year, my grass and lawn has never been greener. Thanks Thomas !!
