Tobi at MLC is a standout, attention to detail, honest with his estimates and what I expect from a professional at MLC. The text updates and billing is consistently accurate. The MLC model is like a crock pot, set it and forget it.

Absolutely disappointing. Coming from a military family and half of our kids currently serving; we preferred to work with a veteran company. The first few weeks of mowing service were good. We added lawn treatment to ensure it stays green in this brutal summer and fix a 3’ small brown spot beginning to show. After two treatments and several mowing weeks; the service changed. The quality was missing. The lawn did not look cut and sent pictures in. They came back out to redo the lawn, but edging was missed. I sent pictures of it and waited. The second week the edging was not completed and sent pictures of the yard and the larger brown spots. The third week the edging was not done and a sprinkler head was run over. I took pictures and sent it in again and completed the edging myself. I ask for one weeks refund for lack of service. Several days go by and no response. We phone tag for a couple days and finally speak. Despite having the persons name I was communicating with, they have never received any messages from, nor pictures. After telling them I have they then shift to it’s policy for no refunds on a service that’s provided. Three weeks of pictures of service not received and I’m on the losing end of poor service. Love veteran and military owned businesses; but this one I can’t recommend.

** before I got off the phone with you. You asked me the same questions. I told you the exact employee that I spoke to. She has all the emails and pictures and you can see our conversation back-and-forth so I know she received them. There was no offer to refund or fix the broken sprinkler head. I attempted to handle this professionally in between us. I do not appreciate the downplay after the fact. You did not try to rectify this and instead quoted policy that work has been done. If the work was completed, I would not have an issue at all.
