I don’t know much about roofing but I do know about professionalism, timeliness and intent behind business. We (my wife and I) like things done right. Anyways, Paul and his team immediately checked out our roof after a hail storm. After determining significant damage he worked directly with insurance and within a week we had a new roof… done right. In a process that is complex and sometimes shady Paul made our experience seamless and stress free. Couldn’t be more thankful.

We had damage during the ice storm earlier this year and struggled to navigate the claims process to get a full or partial replacement. Paul knows the claims process like the back of his hand and put my mind at ease that we had someone in our corner to help negotiate. He did a total remodel/refresh on the exterior of my house, including a new roof. Admittedly, I'm not easy to please and have very high expectations. After a hurricane came through, we found out our roof had a leak that wasn't brought to our attention when we bought our home. Austin roofing reviewed to damage and made suggestions for correction. I accepted and they made everything perfect and water tight! I would definitely use them again.

My friend referred me to Austin Roofing and Construction for a roof replacement after we had hail damage, and they did not disappoint. From my first call with Luis we felt confident about the decision to go with them. Luis instilled a sense of confidence and honesty in the initial conversations and they did what they said they were going to do. Everyone took pride in the work that they were doing And I got the sense that the company was well run and employees were treated well. I noticed that the materials they use seem to be of high quality relative to some of the new roofs that I’ve seen in my neighborhood. I have hired Austin Roofing for several projects. Tim is honest, knowledgeable, and does excellent work. We had one portion of the project that has been a real technical challenge and Tim was excellent in not giving up and getting it right. That is the true test of a great services company. FYI I use Tim for metal roofs. Highly recommend them.

We are pleased with our new standing seam metal roof from Austin Roofing and Construction. We were grateful to have had Luis C as our project manager because he was both a transparent and excellent communicator who kept us informed of the schedule and next-steps. He also listened to our questions and/or concerns throughout the entire process in an open way and addressed each one. Also, the demo and install teams were professional and respectful of our property and cleaned up and left the site clean each day.

The Austin Roofing crew came in and replaced our roof all within a single day. They did great work and made sure to clean up well after themselves. Definitely recommend!

Luis did a great job of providing the detailed quote, took pictures around the area where the leak might occur and also arranged the repair. We were lucky that the technician came and repaired a day before the rain started, so we can see whether the repair was done right the next day.
After the repair, they sent over photos documenting the repair and they were able to get it done in about 3 hours efficiently
