I've had a few fences done by different companies through the years, but my experience with Austin Brothers was on another level. From the ease of the quote, to the walkthrough, to the communication (especially with the bad weather delays), I'll only recommend them moving forward. Their workers were always prompt, efficient and professional. The fence/jobsite looks flawless and couldn't have hoped for better.

I had a tricky area to fence that another company in Austin said could not be fenced—it was on a steep decline and over a retaining wall I had built. This crew really proves the rule that a team reveals their tendencies throughout their process of interaction with the customer. They are thoroughly professional, from initial point of contact, project definition, contract through installation. Their follow up could have been a bit more personal to capture any (non-existent in this case) issues, but the quality of the install was excellent.

i can’t tell you how happy I am both with the fence and with the experience I had with Austin Brothers. It’s rare that, after a project is complete, that you feel like you got treated well and got great work at a fair price. Austin Brothers wasn’t the cheapest fence bid I got but they weren’t far off that mark. I feel like the work was done well, and I got what I paid for with no hassles or angst, and I know you’ll be there if I run into any issues.
Every single person that I’ve talked with as been great - Abby, Nate, and Jeff have beed absolutely fantastic.
The level of communication was awesome and I knew exactly when Nate was going to swing by to verify site conditions, when the utility marking was going to take place, and when the fence was being installed.
I wasn’t home when they fence was installed, but my son said your guys that came and did the work were awesome too. Paying was easy and the terms were simple: 50% up front, 40% at substantial completion, and the last 10% when we did an inspection/walk through and I was satisfied with the work. It couldn't have be more fair.
Anyone can put up a fence, but Austin Brothers knows how to make it a great, painless experience.

I had an issue with my gate (which needed repair) and contacted the original builder and another fence company. They were either unresponsive or told me to find a handyman. The fix wasn't that easy but Isaac from Austin Brothers knew what to do and was meticulous with fixing the problem. Very happy to share my story of receiving great customer service.

Had a great experience with Austin Brothers Fence. They were very thorough in the planning phases, provided options and recommendations based on my yard and preferences, and just built a great fence. They also didn’t walk away once the project was done - there was a minor misalignment with one of the gate latches once everything settled which is normal, but instead of just fixing it they also proactively replaced all the latches with something they felt would work better long term.

Great communication and great installation experience! Jeff does a video beforehand that explains the fence layout and it is very helpful in making sure everyone is on the same page for the fence design. I highly recommend Austin Brothers Fence, and our family has used them on multiple occasions.

I had Austin Brothers setup a horizontal wood fence and couldn't have been more pleased with the results. They were very professional, responsive, and quick with the installation, plus I thought the cost was great compared to other quotes I had gotten. Definitely would recommend them.

I would def recommend Austin Bros Fence to a friend. We were looking to remove an old chain link fence (with lots of brush grown in & around) and replace with a double-sided, capped traditional fence with a few gates. I researched 20+ companies and reached out for bids to at least 10; some ghosting or never responding. ABF's request form gathered enough information that they could provide me a pretty accurate budget right off the bat before even coming on-site! I appreciated that they then sent someone out once I confirmed the tentative budget and we chatted more about details and firmed up the numbers and project design. He even measured our car to make sure our drive-in spot was the correct length! The PgM gave honest answers about which materials we should invest in vs. where we could save.

The building team did a great job with solid craftsmanship. We even asked if they could help connect our neighbor's fence and we thought we would come out to see a few patched boards... but they connected the fence in the same style as ours with a cap etc. which looked really nice. Our neighbor even reached out to see if they could get their contact info to fix their fence!

The PgM was on site every day to check-in with the crew and us and addressed any concerns quickly. Once the project was complete the PgM came back out to inspect the work, marking a few boards to replace that we didn't even see fault with - definitely an eye for attention to detail which we appreciated!

So grateful to Austin Bros. Fence! We built this heavy (40+lbs.) Free Little Art Gallery. They helped with the install and gave us recommendations for safely mounting the FLAG! Very sturdy!
