As a first-time homeowner, I was nervous about replacing my roof. I did extensive research and asked for recommendations, which led me to Ace Roofing. After receiving several offers, I chose Ace based on a friend’s recommendation.

I had a fantastic experience! My project manager, Clay Jetton, was knowledgeable and supportive, helping me with insurance and scheduling. Ace followed best practices and exceeded my expectations. They even left a note for the neighbors and arranged extra cleaning the next day.

Clay was excellent in communication, keeping me updated throughout the project, even on Sundays. I highly recommend Ace Roofing for their professionalism and great service.

Best experience we've had with a contractor in a LONG time. From the sales experience, work, cleanup, etc. everybody was polite, responsive and very professional. Before calling Ace roofing, we called three other roofing companies and I always felt that we got the runaround. When we called Ace, they were always on time, gave a fair bid, replaced the roof ON TIME, cleaned up everything better than it was when they started, and were always friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards to help with insurance. Call Ace Roofing if you need roof repairs or replacement. It is a no-brainer.

(Oops forget to leave a reviews over 6 months) Roof damaged by storm/tree back in December and ACE roofing was recommended by A&S Tree Care LLC (5 stars). Mr. Garry come out fast to assess the damage and give me a great quote, great communications. Mr. Marcos and his crew come on time to did a professional job. 5 stars all around.

We had a great experience with Ace Roofing Company. They scheduled us for an inspection the next business day after we called. The representative had great communication that morning and they arrived during the window they'd given us for our appointment.
Great photos using a drone and by climbing onto the roof that helped us explain the situation to our insurance company.

This old tree in my backyard will be the death of me but it's good to know Ace Roofing is on my side and will save the day.

This is the second time Bill Sprauer from Ace has come out within a couple of hours of contacting Ace and taken a look at my roof. The first time, last year, he fixed an issue with an exhaust pipe within minutes and I hadn't had an issue since even through a couple of bad storms.

This time, a darn branch from an old tree (which was previously trimmed) fell last fall which damaged a shingle and punctured a hole into the roof. Once again, Bill has taken care of it within minutes and without charging me a cent.

Bill, as always, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He does not pressure you into unnecessary repairs and even provided a referral to a good drywall technician.

I'm technically still under warranty with another company but having not heard from them after numerous calls, I decided to try my luck with Ace. I will be calling Bill and his team for all my roofing needs from now on and will refer his company to friends looking for a good, dependable roofer.

Maston was great. He and his team did our roof at the end of 2022. I’ve never seen an entire shingled roof go up so fast. The work was clean and professional. We asked his team to come back to help with new gutters and flashing work. He’s extremely responsive and his pricing is competitive and fair. We’ve built a great relationship that keeps us coming back whenever we have home construction (and repair) challenges. We trust him and his team to do good work, which gives us peace of mind.

My wife and I recently had the roof on our home replaced. As many have mentioned, Bill is a pleasure to work with. He and his crew were always on time (to the minute!) and delivered on every thing that was promised. He even went above and beyond to take extra care of our home and had his guys work with me to repair some rotten wood that needed replacing. The folks at Ace are professional and do great work. We had a raccoon family that got into our attic through the dome vents on our roof. You can see the precautions we had in place with the wire mesh installed by a pest control company years ago, but the raccoons worked their way in.

Called Ace Roofing and they were very professional with great quality work and got me all patched up. They installed heavy gauge wire mesh around the base of the vent so they won't be able to get in anymore. Also they patched up a portion of my facia board where I had to cut it out to extract the baby raccoons. Looks like new. Very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

Maston and his team from Ace Roofing did a great job on my roof. He made the process easy to understand and walked me through the steps on getting my roof replaced. He worked with my insurance company and completed the job in one day. They were there bright and early on April 16th and were done by the evening.

We recently had our roof shingles replaced by Ace Roofing and were very pleased with the finished job. They even created a custom metal covering for our chimney that turned out really nice. Kyle, the project manager was very easy to deal with and came out daily to make sure the job was being done to our satisfaction. We were impressed with the quality of work and contracted with them for some additional roofing jobs on the well house and garage. The crew was very thorough on the clean up too.

Big shout out to Cole Shiflet. He took all the stress out of getting a new roof. He explained the entire process, step by step and took the anxiety out of it. Cole was easy to reach by phone or text and responded promptly with any concerns or questions. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Cole was present to oversee all the work done. I highly recommend Ace Roofing and for Cole to give an honest assessment of your roofing needs.

I recommend Ace roofing and all their employees very highly. My entire roof and garage roof were damaged from hail and needed to be replace. Anyone who is in this situation knows that it can be stressful and overwhelming and Ace roofing handled the process with efficiency and professionalism.

Adam was top notch from start to finish. He suggested, and I wanted, a very specific red metal roof. Of course I needed it in the middle of supply chain shortages and when it became difficult to find, Adam made it happen on time. In addition, he answered all my questions and concerns and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

Daniel was amazing to work with for the inspection and insurance and made the process as seamless as it could have been.

The crews were on time, respectful of our property, clean, and quick. The work they did was of the highest quality. In addition, we have solar panels that had to be removed and reinstalled and this was all organized and completed in a timely manner and with care.

Thank you Ace Roofing you made an unfortunate circumstance into the best experience it could have been and I definitely love my brand new, shiny roof even more than my old one!

My experience with Ace—and with Amous in particular—was great. They dealt fairly with me, and patiently with my difficult insurance company, and they even came back to look at something on a shed roof after my job was complete.

Getting a new roof was not going to be an inexpensive purchase for my family, but I could not be more happy with the results.

We reached out to Amous to repair hail damage back in April, and signed a contract to get our roof replaced as well as trim on our chimney while they were up there. The actual roof didn't come in until August (4 months later) because the wrong material was initially ordered, and during the job we had to deal with
- Insufficient materials, dragging the installation process out to three days
- Roofers trying to cut corners by putting new shingles over 20 year old underlayment
- Damage to landscaping lights
- Damage to our fence
- Trash and materials left in our yard
- Ridge vents on our shed that were thrown away and not re-used.

At the end of the day we're left holding the bag to re-paint trim and find someone else to do the chimney.

The finished roof looks nice, but I'd say this company is average at best, and definitely not worth 5 stars.

The pictures attached show how our house was left when crews left (bare plywood, new shingles on old underlayment), chimney not touched, some of the damage and trash, however there's still more (damaged lights, empty cans, etc.) not pictured.
