We have yet to encounter more difficult, unorganized, and unprofessional contractors than KB. We were originally given an estimate of 3 weeks which turned into over 2 months. Supplies was not an issue, it was the follow through and having a crew here to work.

There were 3-5 day gaps where no one would show up to work and calling the GC was the only way to get them here, who also doesn’t return texts or calls until a day or two after. There were several instances where we were given dates of completion for unfinished projects. They would not show up on the day or communicate the reason or reschedule unless we called. One of their workers has also come by our house looking for unpaid wages.

Our project was just finished (incorrectly and after their last message confirmed completion 2 weeks ago) yesterday after starting in early November. I get if issues come up and obviously there is consideration for worker safety and health, but there was ZERO communication about changes to schedule or project.

Overall, after home remodels and home builds and other large landscape projects, this has been our worst experience. We’re hiring someone else to finish.

Kb’s team accomplished everything timely and with all expectations we discussed. They make their quotes easy to understand for someone like me, where i knew exactly what i was getting and when i was going to get it. My project manager was David and he kept me fully informed the entire project and they gave me full insight into how to take care of my house once it was installed. I cant recommend them enough. I really appreciate yall.

They helped build out my kitchen island that I love using everyday. Additionally, I wanted to revamp all the closets in my home and with their expertise and knowledge they were able to give me exactly what I was looking for while staying within my budget!

KB Contractors did an exceptional job completing our backyard landscaping project. Not only in the middle of winter, contending with rain, ice, wind, and freezing temperatures, but despite all that they were able to get our yard done on time and on budget.

KB and the team are fantastic. We did a full kitchen cabinet renovation, and our new cabinets are a dream. The work was done quickly, everyone with KB treated us so well, and we got it done at a great price. Fully recommend Kb Contractors, I am already have our next house project in the works with them.

Had irrigation put in with KB, with some new native plants for the yard. We went with the recommended  Wavy Cloak Ferns and Purple Hearts

Kelsi and the team at KB Contractors are amazing! We had massive hail damage to our home several months ago which necessitated everything from a new roof, paint, windows and a new back porch. The KB team took care of everything in a timely fashion, with clear and honest communication. It was a very good experience from start to finish.

I am a first time home owner and Kelsi and her team were very accommodating and knowledgeable about all the ways I could improve my backyard. Her project manager, David, was great with helping me decide aspects of the yard that I was unsure of and very flexible with all of our ideas! After the job was done they educated me on upkeep and maintenance. The whole team did a wonderful job and now I love to spend time in my backyard. Would highly recommend giving them a call!

Recently purchased home and uncovered a number of issues - like sprinkler heads buried under neighbors fence posts and overall maintenance to system. Found WAS, left a VM and they returned my call quickly. Shawn came out a couple days later and did a full sweep of my system, repairing a number of things that I missed. Extremely quickly and efficiently. He was amazingly helpful in helping me get the most out of my system efficiency - like caping off unnecessary sprinkler heads. Extremely fair on pricing for the work. Will be calling them back for continued support.

We got three quotes to have the exterior trim on our house painted. When Jeff came to take a look at the project, he listened closely, asked great questions, and was kind and helpful. His quote was the most affordable of the three. His crew worked quickly and effectively, they were super helpful and polite, and we were really impressed with the job. Cannot recommend Jeff and Barton Springs Painting enough - if we ever have another painting job we will definitely go back to them!

Very pleased with Barton Springs Painting and would hire again. They were thorough and great attention to detail. They addressed any requests I brought up. Did an excellent job and covered every detail to get the job done right. They painted exterior of highly peeling old house.

I used Barton Springs Painting to paint the exterior of my cottage home in August 2021. The entire experience was wonderful, from the first engagement with Jeff and through the exterior prep and painting process with the crew of Michael and Shane. Their price was competitive with other bids, but I went with Barton Springs Painting because they are a locally owned family business and appreciated what we were trying to do with our project. Our project was not easy, as we used three different colors and required craftsmanship detail. However, Barton Springs Painting did not disappoint. Our home looks beautiful!
