This company is illegitimate -- beware! They're supposed to be available for services, but after the get you signed up for their plan, they don't follow through. When I called for services after the first visit, they had no openings with anyone in the area. When I asked for a refund, I was assured that I would be canceled out and refunded, but now, nearly a year later, I got an auto-renewal message. This shows that not only was my account never canceled out, I'm still missing my money. Because of the auto-renewal message, I called again today to truly get cancelled and refunded. I was told I'd be canceled, but seeing as it wasn't done last time, I don't have high confidence, and when I raised the refund, I was ignored. The line went silent. If I am charged again from your company, I will be seeking legal counsel.
