Opens at 7am... Most contractors start at 7am meaning youre already wasting an hour of the day gathering material. Service is really slow and material is rarely accurate.

Except I wasn't at Elliot Electric Supply I was next door picking stuff up at Direct Bid. It's an excellent facility easy to get in and out of and load big gear. The staff at Direct Bid were exceptional!

Most of my order disappeared somehow. Salespeople were slimy and apathetic. I placed a big order and they delivered a small portion of it, after reassuring me it was all ready. We arranged another delivery and again it was incomplete, again after they reassured me it was all ready. I really went out of my way to be polite and understanding. They had no answers and didn't give two sh!ts about helping me get the rest of the order.

Opens at 7, so they say. When they do finally decide to come to work, they get your order wrong half the time. If you are in a rush, don't bother with this store.

This Elliots is amazing! Everytime I come to this location Jose knows exactly what parts I need and they are always in stock, he is a great employee and a fantastic person! Now as a licensed electrician, I can confidently say that I have never swept up my own mess and that i will ALWAYS go to Elliot's for my supplies!

Representing Dripping Springs Electric, I cannot recommend a better supply house than this south Austin location Elliot Electric Supply. The people working the counter are always knowledgeable and efficient whether in person or calling in. The people in the back consistently pack our orders correctly. When searching the front everything is clean and organized to make it easy to find material. Overall it is wonderfully managed and I’m proud to be a customer for 20+yrs.

I’ve been going to a Elliott for 17 years. The guys at the front desk are always professional and try to help you as fast as they can. Dominic, Carlos and JoJo always provide great service and the two big dogs in the managers office Bobby and Adam always make sure my experience is smooth. All in all it is a great place to get parts!

Impressive services! Jayden went above and beyond what I expected. He completed all of the repairs, explained things along the way and I was reassured that the jobs were being achieved without cutting corners. They gave me a free estimate and they stuck to it. Would highly recommend!
