James is the best pool person;very dedicated, hard worker and sincere person. He has been maintaining my pool for last 8 months and have nothing to complain. I would recommend him without any hesitation.

James is awesome! He is very responsive and knowledgeable about all things pool related. I had a clog issue in one of my pipes and he located it quickly and took care of it for good. I normally don’t leave reviews online unless I’m very impressed. Needless to say I’m VERY impressed with the service he provided. My only regret is that I didn’t call him sooner. Won’t ever make that mistake again.

James is amazing! Our motor went out over the summer and he had us back up and running within hours when our previous pool service couldn't come out for days. We have used various pool services over the years and none have compared to Pool Ninja. James is knowledgeable, efficient, and leaves our pool looking great each and every time. We have so many trees in our backyard and when September hits it is a daily struggle to try to keep the pool clear. James somehow gets the pool to be completely leaf free every single time and makes it look easy. Highly recommend his services!

Fish Window cleaning does an incredible job, we're contracted with them for regular store front window cleanings every other week at two different locations. They do an excellent job and the prices are extremely reasonable.
I did have a small communication problem, but for as busy as they are i can completely understand.

I’m extremely disappointed with Fish Window Cleaning and feel compelled to warn other downtown residents about their inconsiderate business practices.

For weeks now, their crew has been running a loud generator in our area starting at 5:30 AM - well before most noise ordinances allow for commercial activity. The constant droning disrupts sleep and makes it impossible to enjoy the early morning hours in peace.

What makes this situation particularly frustrating is that I approached them politely and respectfully, explaining the issue and asking if they could adjust their schedule to start later in the morning. This seemed like a reasonable request that would allow them to complete their work while respecting the residential community. Unfortunately, my request was dismissed, and they’ve continued their disruptive early-morning routine without any consideration for the people who live in the area.

Running loud equipment at 5:30 AM in a downtown residential area isn’t just inconsiderate - it’s likely a violation of local noise ordinances, which typically restrict this type of commercial noise until at least 7:00 AM on weekdays.

While I’m sure Fish Window Cleaning does satisfactory work for their clients, their complete disregard for the community and their unwillingness to make reasonable accommodations speaks volumes about their values as a company. There are plenty of window cleaning services that understand the importance of being good neighbors.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values community standards and mutual respect. Businesses should operate in a way that doesn’t negatively impact residents’ quality of life, especially when simple scheduling adjustments could resolve the issue entirely.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

EDITED: Since I can’t reply. Of course power washing is not prohibited. However, the noise from the gas generator before 7:00 am is.
