Great service and communication

I had a very good experience with this Office Pride. I hired them for deep cleaning and sanitization for my offices. They were very thorough, great communication and flexible with my schedule. Hiring Office Pride for our power washing was one of the best decisions I made before my opening. They were on-time and very professional, making everything a lot easier for me while I handled so many other tasks to keep on schedule. They even saw some stuff I hadn’t thought of or noticed before hiring them — I couldn’t recommend working with them more!

I have worked with this team for over four years. An outstanding team has warranted compliments about my plant from around the world of how well the place was clean. The Corporate wing was a show place and this team maintained the cleaning that I feel could not be matched by any other service. The communication from the owner to the person cleaning was consistent and each team member knew their role in the cleaning process and how to tell me it was being completed. My favorite part is when I asked for extra cleaning the managers would explore ways to meet my request without increasing my cost, rare event in the cleaning industry. I would recommend this group over all others I have dealt with but caution to stay engaged as this is a partner ship. You are the customer and should be treated as such, however, you must set expectations and follow up.

Klean Kong did an outstanding job! They sanded and stained my deck and it looks absolutely amazing like brand new. They also cleaned all the glass around the house and everything is spotless.
