Prime pools are thorough, friendly people. We have been using their service for several years and we will continue to do so! I highly recommend them for your residential pool service.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. They diagnosed my pool issue and told me the part would be ordered, but more than 10 days passed without a single proactive update. Every time I called, I was told “tomorrow,” yet nothing ever changed.

This is the second time they’ve mishandled the repair process, and I had to take time from my own job just to chase basic information that should have been provided by their team. Professional communication and follow-through are clearly lacking.

I ultimately had to ask for my part back because I no longer had confidence that the repair would ever be completed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Absolutely Love Prime Pool Service! They returned my call promptly and came out to give me a quote right away. They show up on time and do an amazing job at keeping my pool beautiful and safe. I love coming home to my clean pool on the day they come to do my service.

I've been using Lando now for probably 10 years now. Hands down the best I've come across. Willing to work around your schedule and work weekends. Handles changes on the fly. Has the right tools to do large rooms and small throw rugs. Also does a great job on grout and flooring in the bathrooms and kitchen. All in one package and very thorough. Friendly, personable and very reasonably priced.

Lando just finished cleaning our living room couch and chair, as well as the dining room chairs, and they look like new! We were thinking about buying new furniture, but no need now. Lando was early, thorough, efficient and feel like he cleaned our stuff like it was his own. Amazing value for the money and got an appt. quickly. Mr. Shepard did a tremendous job. I had him do 5 rooms, a hallway, and the stairs and he left them almost new. Mind you my house is almost 20 years old. He really puts in the work to ensure customer satisfaction.

Great business to use if your carpets are in need of a little TLC. I needed stairs, bedroom and living room areas cleaned. These were the initial things needed when I set up the appointment. Couldn't have asked for a better job and more professional person. He showed up early & got right to it. We have 2 dogs and one was having an incontinence issue. You can no longer smell dog urine and the carpet & rug looks amazing. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who looking for your carpet to be cleaned.

Lando is awesome! He removed a stain on my area rug that had been there forever, and he went the extra mile to clean my car seats. His prices are affordable too. Definitely will be using him again!
