It's now 2026 and time to get the carpets cleaned for the new year. Again, I choose Kiwi because I have used them for years and the service is excellent. The same tech has cleaned most times and he is always on time, polite, very clean, constant with his work, and quickly completes the job and is on his way. I then have gorgeous carpets again. Until we track in mud or have a pet accident. I then can call them as many times as I want, up to a year for a small fee a room plus a trip call and have the carpets refreshed looking great again! Thank you Kiwi. I am a forever client!

Hello, it's been 3 years since my last review. I recently shared Kiwi with my friend and he used the service and was really happy with the results. I have used Kiwi exclusively for the last three years and was proud to share Kiwi with my friend. His warranty cleaning is scheduled to keep the carpet looking great. He has pets and children and so dirt happens but Kiwi takes it away. Thanks Kiwi!

I have been using Kiwi carpet cleaning services for years and there is no other carpet cleaners I would use for several reasons. First, they do beautiful work meaning, the carpets are clean, and don't smell, dry quickly, stains are really gone, the technicians are clean and efficient. Then there is the ease of setting appointments and the promp coming and going. I love that for a minimal charge they come back and will reclean the rooms as often as I want for an entire year. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to clean their carpets especially if you have elderly parents or young children or pet stains.

I wanted to add that after the work was done today that today was rather exceptional. The work has been consistant. But today, the technician who cleaned my carpet was able to get stains out of my carpet I was sure could never come out. He had a great attitude and didn't mind staying with the stains until they were gone. Because of his attitude and the amazing results, yet again, I will stay with Kiwi and I will always ask for Alex! He is an asset to your company. And, I found out that he does carpet stretching and tacking for Kiwi and I need that too.

Friendly people and decent turn around time for my last rug. They did the best they could with a shag that had worn down .

I have been a customer of Kiwi for nearly 10 years. Most of the time I have the same technician come to my house so I feel comfortable that he is trustworthy and friendly. They are quick to schedule a cleaning, arrive on time, finish quickly, and do a good job. The warranty makes all touch-up cleaning throughout the year very affordable. I highly recommend them in Austin.

I've been with Kiwi for almost 3 years, and they have always have done a great job! I highly recommend them for your carpet cleaning. Regarding other services I have not contract any so far, but I can ensure that with the quality they provide in my carpet, they will do a great service. Also Customer Service is very good, they have always helped me to reschedule, review billing information, discounts and much more. Definitely a 5 stars rate!

At first I was skeptical because the price was so reasonable compared to other companies that clean nice area rugs. Kiwi picked up the rug on time and then was flexible when our plans changed on returning it. It looked good as new! Kiwi is now our go-to carpet cleaner in Austin.

Kiwi is always professional and does a great job. I’ve been using them for years. The cleaner they use isn’t full of chemicals, so it’s safe for pets to walk on. Regarding pets, they are always able to get pet stains out. Also, I love their discounted service for 6 months after.

Used Kiwi Services to clean a large heavy wool weave area rug to remove pet stains and odors. Kiwi was able to make the rug look new again and the enzymes used to treat and eliminate pet odors left zero remnants. Kiwi did such an amazing job I am using them again to have another area rug treated for the same issues.

Kiwi customer service is great and very communicative. They did a great job cleaning my 8x10 wool rug. Love the ease of use with complimentary pickup and drop-off. Will be using them again!

Does careful work on wool rugs. I have a hand made wool rug that's huge and have had it cleaned twice by kiwi. Its also white in some places so it shows everything. They also explained their cleaning process for wool fibers so I felt confident they knew how to protect the material. I recommend this company for wool and all area rug cleanings.

I have used Kiwi for carpets and furniture since I bought my condo - nearly 8 years. They are so friendly and provide great service and fair prices. They have always been and will continue to be my go to when I need stuff cleaned! Can’t recommend them enough.

I should have read the reviews beforehand. They had my rug for 2 months, which I was fine with. But it was returned dirty. Likely not cleaned or even looked at. There was dog food and a big dog whisker inside of it when I unrolled it. It honestly looks even dirtier than it was when I sent it off. A total waste of $150. Vacuumed the rug just to see truly how dirty it was - the canister was completely empty before.

Kiwi Services did a great job cleaning my carpets in January. I had forgot they offered a warranty clean for a reduced price until they called to remind me. They were able to book me in for a cleaning within 5 days. Great customer service and great job. Would highly recommend.

This is the second opportunity we have had to use Kiwi Services and we are very excited. They have consistently been professional, courteous, and an overall pleasure to have in our home. Our technician takes the time to do a walk through first carefully inspecting what needs to be done and making additional recommendations as needed. They are not price gouging. More making sure what we had ordered is the best for solution for what is needed. And they will work with you on your budget!!! They are on-time, respectful and honestly, THE best service in the carpet cleaning/tile sector.

I still have not found any other company as good asKiwi and I literally would not go to any other carpet cleaning service. The work is already great, but with their warranty, it’s unmatched.

Great company and fantastic service. Their warranty is amazing. They will come back and re-clean for a low price. This is the second home I have used them for and I will continue to.

Update: I continue to use this company. They even have vent cleaning services which I am using. This is a one stop shop for your home!

Returning to change my review. I had good service in Houston with Kiwi. Called them in Austin to clean my air vents. They are still dirty. The technician arrived late and basically told me the vents were already clean and could have just used a shop vac myself. He left a mess on the floors and then called back for my credit card info after taking an imprint. I am SO mad at the waste of time and money after having such a great experience.

Kiwi ruined hardwood floors, I will be taking them to a court!

Ruining the floors: the tech dripped solution as he walked to carpeted area. We cleaned up the drops we found. The once we missed burnt into a hardwood floor; 4 dots total.

I let Kiwi know right away with pictures. They kept promising to get back to me for no avail.

Couple more items:
1) For good reviews you get paid (so do not believe paid reviews)
2) Cleaners do not move the items on the floor; something that was promised to me when scheduled. Not a big deal, but why lie...
