After requesting a quote online, I got a fast response without a bunch of qualifying questions. Price was right, and cleaning was scheduled a couple of days later. The cleaner used a pole to reach high windows instead of getting up on a ladder and scrubbing (like other window cleaners I've used), but the results were very satisfactory.

Shine recently powerwashed my driveway and sidewalk. They showed up at the agreed upon time, successfully social distanced as required right now and did a great job. The driveway & walk look much better. And the price seemed very fair.

Shine was professional in delivery of their service, both the initial contact and scheduling, and in the on-site cleaning. They were efficient, friendly, and thorough. I will certainly use them again.

Wow, I was very impressed! The guys showed up on time they were fast and friendly. They cleaned my gutters and helped solve a couple clogging issues. They also cleaned my outdoor windows which really needed to be done too. I would recommend this company to friends, family and neighbors without hesitation. Shine is awesome! Parker cleaned my windows inside and out, powerwashed the patio and house, blew off the roof and cleaned out the gutters. They were very responsive and gave me a bid same day. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I hired Shine to clean our incredibly dirty, oversized windows, with little notice to boot. They arrived on time and were quick and incredibly thorough. With tons of construction nearby I'm sure it won't be long before they need another cleaning but they've held up beautifully for over a week so far. I'll definitely be calling back for the next cleaning!

I highly recommend Shine! We have used them twice now for gutter cleaning and this year also used them to power wash both sides of our fence, as well as power wash driveway, side stone path, and backyard patio areas. They also washed our windows inside and out and have a very reasonable price! The crew that came out was so extremely friendly, professional, and we will be using them again next year.

Do NOT use Shine of Austin Four Points for holiday lighting. The first two years I used them, they were late on install dates. Annoying, but tolerable. This year has been an absolute train wreck. They were out over a week past our scheduled install date. When they came out, they only wrapped one of the three trees we paid for. It took them 11 days to get back out to finish the other trees. Because they didn't finish all three trees at once, the second and third tree were wrapped to different heights and different spacing. Aside from the height of the first tree, it looks like something I could have done myself. I requested that they come back out to at least make the height of the tree wrapping the same. I was promised three different times that they would be out, and they no showed every time. I let them know how disappointed I was and that I felt my only recourse was to leave a negative review. It's really frustrating to feel completely taken advantage of as a consumer with no resolution from Shine.

Cami was proactive with rescheduling our clean around the weather. The crew was very professional, wore booties in my house, and were super polite. Will definitely use again!

I hired Shine to pressure wash my driveway and front walk as well as washing all exterior windows. They showed up on time and did an amazing job! They did the pressure washing first, and since it was supposed to rain that day, they waited to do the windows the next day. I was very happy with both the pressure washing and the windows! A neighbor actually came by and booked their service because they did such a great job on ours. I highly recommend their services, and I'll definitely be hiring them again in the future.

What a fantastic way to begin the Summer months! CLEAN windows make such a difference in the appearance of our home. We moved into this house last June and who knows just when the last time these windows were actually thoroughly cleaned. Our house has 30 windows and now that they are clean it is like living in a whole different place. Bright and shiny!! The team at Shine was so easy to work with too. From scheduling to completion I felt like they really cared about our home and I know they hold themselves to a very high standard. It was evidenced by the extra elbow grease needed to really get these windows whipped in to shape. Helpful tips and friendly, honest service. I don't know about you but I find these traits so rare these days I just had to write this review. I would most definitely recommend Shine of Austin Four Points to anyone that wants to live a cleaner life and improve the look and feel of their home (inside and out). Just wow!

Shine was amazing, our windows have never looked better. Service was wonderful, thoughtful and thorough with attention to detail. We asked them to help us with the inside rustic chandelier to clean and they did the job perfect! We had them clean inside and outside all window on our home and power wash front walkway. They were courteous and did a great job!

Definitely recommend Shine at Four Points, Lawton and Harrison were so thoughtful and again paid so much attention to detail and kind.
