We are extremely happy with American Spa and Pool! We see Seth every Thursday and he is so friendly and knowledgeable. We’re first time pool owners so we ask a lot of questions. He’s very responsive and will even jump on FaceTime calls to walk us through trouble shooting. I would highly recommend ASAP and Seth especially!

Cullen from ASAP was terrific! Announced his arrival, started with some work outside at the pool controls while I wrapped up an activity, then engaged pleasantly and informatively on the scope of the work he intended to conduct. As the recent purchaser of the property/pool, I didn't have much pre-existing knowledge of the system. Cullen was super informative, answering questions and helping shape required decisions (antenna placement, etc). The parts and service weren't cheap, but the work was high quality and delivered all stated requirements (full remote control and scheduling of pool and lighting controls). Would happily work with him again.

American Spa and Pool ASAP quickly sorted me out on an under warranty equipment issue I was experiencing. They were extremely quick to arrange scheduling and dealt with all the related warranty claim paperwork. Dale arrived on schedule and knocked the job right out. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We began using American Spa and Pool (ASAP) about 2 years ago. Thus far, it has been one of the best decisions and investments we've made in a long time – thanks to our phenomenal technician, Seth.

Seth does a fantastic job of cleaning and maintaining our pool, and he genuinely cares about the quality of his service.

Prior to ASAP, we had to repeatedly contact our previous pool service providers about calcium/limestone and other mineral buildup on the tile around the spa and along the negative edge, with no resolution. After Seth took over, he implemented an aggressive multi-solution approach, and all issues were resolved within 30 days and have not reappeared since.

We sincerely enjoy interacting with Seth because he is highly personable, honest, and a strong communicator. We never have to guess whether our equipment is operating at optimal capacity because he proactively keeps us informed about current and potential issues, needed parts, and an approximate repair timeline.

I really love the professionalism of this company. I reached out for an estimate and I got a really clear number for one time costs and well as monthly costs. I am given a designated time for my service and they are always on time. I get an email after my service is completed. The staff is very professional and responsive. We needed a special service done and it was handled right away. Highly recommend American Spa and Pool.

They are very knowledgeable about repairs and the turn around time has been great. They have always kept my pool clean and kept me updated on anything that might be looking like it needs to be repair. Our golden loves when she sees Adam cleaning the pool and has to say hello and sometimes jumps in when he is cleaning. Great people to work with.

I have used American pool and spa several times now- both for repairs and maintenance. Each time they have been great. Dale came on time today and was very patient to show me how to clean my de filters and put them back together. He is very knowledgeable and showed me a few other things about the pool too.

Jordan was the repair man and did a fantastic job. The repair was quick and he Explained exactly what he was doing and what he had found. Jordan.made sure the area was completely cleaned up And that I was completely satisfied. He also asked if I had any other questions or concerns about how the device operated. Great service And I highly recommend this company!

I use ASAP exclusively for my pool repair needs. They are always prompt, professional and very competitive compared to others.

Most recently, Dale and Cody installed a new Pentair 400k BTU natural gas heater. They arrived on time, explained everything, answered all questions and were very pleasant to work with. They gave me tips for efficient operation and made sure I was comfortable with the installation before leaving. The cost was competitive and even well below one other quote.

Adam has done a fantastic job at not only making sure my pool is clean but also ensure the right chemicals are in and identifies anything on my equipment that needs another look at. Always keeps in contact and does a fantastic job. Im so happy I have someone like him take care of my pool. Thanks Adam!

Bryan has been great and dependable at keeping my pool clean for the past couple of years. Every time there is an issue I get a message right away and would contact or recommend appropriate service people if needed.

Seth is the best!
He is reliable, consistent, a good communicator, and always sweet to our pup when she’s outside with him. We recently drained the pool to re-tile it and Seth was great to guide us through the process so we safeguarded our equipment. Once it was refilled, he had our levels back on par and pool sparkling in a week. We are grateful to him for keeping our oasis weekend ready year-round!
