Arrived on time, and worked diligently and efficiently. Eddy ended up doing everything, as the expected co-worker was tied up elsewhere. But he was very professional about it all.

Showed up on time Guys were very courteous. They did an excellent job on my screens and windows. The price was very competitive and they were through in a little over one hour definitely will use them again

Window Genie just left my home in Central Austin after doing a great job on my windows and screens this morning. The owner, Andrew, was super prompt when I requested a quote, and we got the work booked on the first day that worked for my schedule. The crew came well within the arrival timeframe I was given, and the two men who did the interior and exterior job were really courteous, kind, friendly to me and my pup, and did a great job. I was also pleasantly surprised at the cost for what I had assumed would be a more expensive job (because it was my first time hiring pros for this, I had imagined it being less accessible for me to afford.)

Very efficient and nice. I have used Window Genie for several jobs at my house. This week they installed Christmas lights.

Alan from Window Genie texted to let me know he was on his way. Once here, he was courteous and professional. I noted how the dispatcher has incorrectly scheduled me, two times in a row, but was grateful to be home on the day he arrived. No issues with the quality of the work for external window cleaning.

Alan and his team did a great job getting our Christmas lights installed. They were careful with the landscaping and no mess when they were done.

If I could give more than five stars I would! They did a great job at getting my windows squeaky clean! Very polite, responsive and great communication! It really does open up the house and makes everything look so clean.

I do not recommend this business. They used a process that left dried droplets of water at the bottom of each window even though they stated this would not happen...and they didn't complete all services initially requested. My experience was very disappointing.

This is my second time to have Window Genie out to my home and their service is still great!

Aiden and Miguel were great! They arrived a little before their scheduled time, were very thorough, and took before and after photos of hard to see spots from their vantage point. Before they arrived, the gutters were cluttered with branches and plant debris due to a large tree on the property. They tackled the issue with no problem.

I used Window Genie every year for Xmas lights and other services too. This particular review is for Xmas lights. All and all, a good experience. Alan & Jacob was a new crew (appears to be this way), and without having pictures of what the home is suppose to look like YoY, the two guys delivered. Friendly guys and offered to come back to my home if lights are not right or not working.
