They charged me $500 and never did any work. Then refused me a refund but promised they would "make it right" the same way they promised the first time. I've never let anyone steal from me and im not going to start now. See ya in court....

Super easy to work with. Free Pick up and Delivery in only 3 days. Doesn't get better than that. And my Carpet looks great.

Had an older Persian rug with pet stains and odors. Rug looks (and smells) like new. Very professional and responsive. Highly recommend.

I took in a rug that ended up being difficult for them to clean. I wasn't 100% happy with the first cleaning, but they offered to do a second pass free of charge and put a lot of work into it. Good service and they went above and beyond.

I've had Deep Eddy clean my oriental carpets for the past 25 years and they have always done an excellent job.
They are upfront about any areas they think might be a problem, i.e. stains or pet odors, but have always delivered my carpets back looking better than they went in . For your precious hand woven, hand dyed wool carpets, they're the best because they know how to clean them without affecting the dyes in the wool that can so easily run or fade with the wrong cleanser.
Highly recommended.

I used to have high regard for these folks but our last experience was aweful. I just discovered this week that a carpet I took there was torn. They repaired it but did not tell me. I know the rug was in perfect condition when I took it to them because it was new only a few years old. The repair is in the middle of the rug. I am furious because I did not notice it initially. They returned one of our rugs filthy didn't clean it at all and an antique rug they were rough with and ended up having to repair it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on the antique rug and the dirty rug. But now this damage to my new rug. I will never use them again.

I love the folks at Deep Eddy. I take my living room area rug in once a year to get cleaned. This year my annual visit was a little early- my son spilled an entire glass of milk on it. When I dropped off the rug, and they asked if I had any specific concerns, I told them about the milk. 4 days later my rug was clean. When I commented that it was done faster than I expected, they told me it was because they didn't want the milk sitting there too long.

I had Deep Eddy clean my favorite Oriental rug and I am more than pleased..... I am amazed at the results! The rug turned out better than I could have imagined! This was not an easy job as the dog had left a big urine stain and I thought that was it for the rug. I had no faith anyone could clean it after an experience that wasn't so positive with another Austin rug cleaner a couple of years ago. I was wrong... I have another rug ready to take to them for a routine cleaning. Thanks Deep Eddy for a great job!!! Highly Recommend!

I get my couch cleaned every 6 months. I live in an apartment so it was hard to find someone that could service my couch, but they’re able to and do a great job each time. I have the same person each time, and he’s reliable, consistent and very professional. Would recommend.

Billy made one excuse after the other when i sent him pictures of area that was missed. he said his worker had been with them for many of years. they also measured behind toilet and it was not clean. they charged per foot for that area $1200.00 and it was a n excuse after excuse. he never said let me send someone out to take care of that. he tried to blame that he had selent. wrong. no selent on the part that was not cleaned. very disappointed in the accuses that were made instead of we will make it right.

Recently had a chance to see these guys at work and was very pleased to see how good the work was as well as how courteous the folks at the office was. Will definately reach out to them in the future. Thanks Deep Eddy
