Hill Country Pools has been maintaining our pool for many years. They regularly clean it and keep it chemically balanced. They have also been instrumental in upgrading the filter system to a more efficient system. We've always received excellent customer service from them, the pool cleaners are always polite and respectful. They are Good Folks to do business with.

I've cycled through a lot of pool cleaning and maintenance companies, and the place (almost) all of them have fallen down is simple reliability. Will they show up and do the work they're contracted to do at an acceptable level of quality? Hill Country Pools is the exception. After six months of service, they have never missed an appointment, are excellent communicators and always work to a high level of quality. I've found that their rates are higher than some - but their additional quality is worth it.

Our lobby is the first thing our clients see, so it has to be flawless. Stratus has been handling our floor care... the place has never looked better. They managed to bring the shine back to our entrance floors that I thought was gone for good!

BUY THE FRANQUICIA BECAUSE I DRAWN IT LIKE A GREAT COMPANY SINCE JULY 2016 AND STILL DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE CONTRACT I DO NOT GIVE ACCOUNTS AND THE ONLY ACCOUNT THAT THEY GAVE ME DO NOT PAY ME SINCE FEBRUARY. IS A GOTCHA

My parents have been given an opportunity to grow their business. As i am 17 years old helping them with their accounts now and have learned so much. Not just in cleaning but being responsible and helping them in many other ways. Accounting paper work etc..They make more money now than three years ago for our family . My Dad quit his regular job finally. Before we wouldn't hardly see him. Yes the investment was hard on them but now they go to all of our games and spend more time with us. I have been helping since i was 15 and my parents now let me clean my own accounts and i have my 2 employees. Again Thanks Stratus

ATTENTION: Do not buy a franchise from Olga, Karen or Cesar! Lately my mother has vented to me about some business practices of Stratus due to the fact that she is franchise owner. To say the least I am extremely unsatisfied with the corporate chain and the way the company has treated my mother and others. My mother has worked really hard to not only provide excellent cleaning services to her accounts but rather goes over and beyond. She has informed me about a situation she recently had regarding a late return of a report in which she had no clue nor given proper directions on how to submit thus regarding to a late return of her payment check. Stratus convince innocent hard working individuals to become Franchise owners to later try to get them fired! Horrible!

They always do a great job at all the locations they service which is well over 25. Mercy especially handles our account personally and professionally. We enjoyed doing business with them so much that we expanded throughout all statewide locations. Would strongly recommend.

Jessica and her crew did a amazing job cleaning our building with excellence. They maneuvered their way around our building, leaving it spotless. They even answered our last minute request for a cleaning job with grace. Thank you for your A+ quality work.

We moved into a new building and Stratus was very helpful to us in getting some basic things set up - they brought samples for us to see (and use) same day, with multiple options. I'm happy with their quick and clear communication with us!
