Incredibly unprofessional company. Their contractor missed multiple cleans and their office had no idea until I alerted them to it, then instead of cleaning my business ASAP they dawdled finding a new cleaner. I attempted to contact them multiple times- phone calls are routed through a center where every rep said "I'll note this down and have someone get back to you"- and nobody ever did. Emails are answered 2-3 days after they are sent, if they are answered at all. I was promised that I'd be credited for missed cleans, which has not happened over a month later. I've requested multiple times for my service to be cancelled due to their failures, and each time their Regional Director (Christina Van Lear) or Operations Director (Mercy Pesqueda) ignore my request entirely. Their actual cleaning is serviceable if not great, but their customer service, attention to detail, communication, and follow up is ABYSMAL.

I wish I could give them negative stars. The disconnect comes between what the salesperson is selling and what you actually get. Once we were "handed over" to operations, communication stalled and we were always the initiators. No one from operations ever came to our office to do a walk through with the franchise owner, though that is supposed to be step 1 in their process. The franchise owner did not use their "proprietary green" cleaners or equipment as we found that they were using cleaners and equipment we already had in our office. The cleaning performance was poor - simple things were not done like cleaning bathroom fixtures and restocking paper products. We also discovered from the franchise owner herself, her employees were not vetted or trained by Stratus in any way (though their marketing material says everyone is thoroughly trained). Communication was ridiculously lacking. I was told that all of our issues would be addressed with the cleaners, they were not. I requested that they stop cleaning until we had a meeting to discuss the issues, no one told the cleaners, so they came anyway. I was told that someone would call the owner and then call me back, no one did. And when I tried to contact the Austin main office to speak with someone (6 times over the course of multiple days), I only got an answering service. When we finally got our service terminated, I received a call from the Director of Operations saying I had left a message with the answering service to be contacted, though I never even gave my name to anyone with the answering service. We felt truly deceived by this company. On paper, it seems great, but reality is very different. DO NOT use them to clean anything.

We have had Stratus cleaning for us since 2016 and there has never been an issue with the service. We have had the same person the entire time and they do a fantastic job. The office emails are answered quickly when we want to add on one time services or change out supplies.

Our company has been using Stratus Building Solutions for over 3 years now. They have done an amazing job. Marie Garza and her team provide exceptional customer service. If there is any issues Marie is quick to communicate. I would highly recommend Marie!

It was late Thursday night and we had a leak. We knew the tenants would be in early Friday morning and we needed the the building cleaned up before then. We contacted Christina who responded right away and came out to clean up so the building would be ready by morning. Thank you Christina!

Unable to leave a lower review for this company. The worst thing with this company is the call center they use to cold call and attempt to schedule appointments for quoting. They call sometimes more than once a day even after being told, repeatedly, to remove the number from the list. We are not interested in your services!

Whoever is making calls to try and secure new business is extremely rude and needs to learn how to take NO for an answer. I don't understand how a company can call to try and secure business and be so unprofessional to the people they are trying to secure business from. Would not do business with this company.

I have used Gwyndows every year almost since the business began—a close friend had employed them and was really happy with her experience. Every year the quality of their work has never wavered despite how much this business has grown. I continue to be extremely pleased!

Great experience and this is one of the best companies to work with. They are very flexible and honest. The guys worked hard to reach out super high windows and Dee provides the best customer service! She is kind and a joy to speak with. All are a true example of great people wanting to do a great job at a reasonable cost.

They came to clean the exterior of my windows. There were problems with the screens & accessing the glass. So, they returned to learn how to get the screens out. BTW, tech was very polite and courteous through all of this.
I had them clean the downstairs windows again. The next morning, there was a lot of streaking, as the sun shone through & showed the problems.
Price ($214) seemed fair if the windows were really clean. Not sure why all of the streaking. Also, the website says they clean right around the window. They did not & there was quite a bit of gathered dust.
Disappointed!

Gwyndows is exceptional! Service is GREAT! They are on-time, reasonably priced, and take the time and care to giving good service to their Customers. Our windows haven't looked this good in years! I highly recommend them!

My windows are very clear and clean! Requesting the appointment was easy and the final cost reasonable. The representative who came was polite and professional, even calling in advance of his arrival. He graciously touched up some areas that were streaked. If you want thorough cleaning of window sills where the screens fit in, suggest you request detailing, otherwise I'm a 1st time satisfied customer. He completed the cleaning service in approximately 3 hours by himself. I'll definitely use this service again, just add on detailing next time.

As a Realtor, I have recommended Gwyndows to client many times, and have personally hired them as well. Great job, reasonable price, and nice, respectful employees. It is amazing what a difference really clean windows can make in your home.

Extremely responsive, handled all details and very professional. Upon arrival, no upselling and cleaned beyond all expectations. I called them and requested a 6 month reminder! In my 20 years, the best price and service I have used. Highly recommend this company!

Our third experience with Gwyndows. Not up to par with previous two services. Workers probably tried, but really did not seem to know the level of professionalism expected. Did not seem to understand how to clean thoroughly. Job just not well done compared with our previous experience. Sorry we can't offer a more positive review.

Gwyndow's was great. Easy scheduling, responsive customer service and friendly staff who did a great job. Having clean and clear windows throughout our house makes an even bigger difference that I imagined it would. I highly recommend!

Gwyndows is a great company and we've had only positive experiences with their personnel. We are glad to have them on a regular schedule for our window cleaning! Highly recommend.

They did a great job cleaning our windows and clearing out the gutters, we’ll definitely hire them again. The power wash service was excellent as well, my only tip would be to ask them to be careful about any Ring Cameras or outdoor outlets you might have - all our cameras went offline and we saw on the video that they sprayed high pressure water right into the cameras and power outlets which got water in them and tripped the breakers. Thankfully they came back online after the power outlets dried out and we were able to reset the breakers. Not a big deal, but definitely worth mentioning to them if you get the power wash service and have outdoor outlets and cameras. Otherwise, we had the best service all around.

Communication with admin was easy and quick, scheduling was prompt, and Steven did an amazing job! My windows are wonderfully clean, and it was a great experience all around.

Super professional and on time. Windows sparkling clean and look better than they ever have. Prices are extremely fair. I would 100% recommend Gwyndow's if you need your windows cleaned!!!
