Austin was the most professional, prompt and straightforward of all the services I received bids from. And not only did he do a great job power washing the siding on my townhouses, he was also gracious and polite when I asked if he could power wash part of my driveway. He even washed down my RV without me asking!

I asked Austin to give me a quote on washing the brick exterior of my home. He promptly provided a quote and was able to fit me into his schedule on short notice. He explained the scope of work and educated me on why he was making certain decisions. He was focused and professional in his work, and I am pleased with the results. I would recommend him and his company if you have any pressure washing needs that require professional knowledge, or a project where expensive mistakes could be made by doing it yourself.

We had a somewhat unique problem on our galvanized roof. Branches from Live Oak had stained it and we were putting the house on the market so we looked for someone quick. This company returned my call immediately and were able to do the job pronto. The roof looks great. Excellent job, I’m very happy with result and would strongly recommended them.

Austin came out between Christmas and New Year’s and did a “sparkling” job on 50+ very challenging windows - windows were 30-40 feet high and dirty and oxidized. He not only made them perfectly clear, he pointed out a couple of windows where the seals were compromised. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend!

This business is a well-oiled machine! I called three companies and this one responded immediately. The bid process was very efficient. I received the bid within an hour or so and was able to schedule services for the same week instantaneously. Our house and back patio/pool areas look amazing!!! Austin came out to our house to do a soft wash on our roof he arrived on time. He was very professional. He did a really good job! He even soft washed the roof of our shed while he was out there at no additional charge! Highly recommend!

United Exterior is among the best in the business and Austin and Kevin were fabulous to work with throughout the 3 days on property. Questions answered, pricing was extremely reasonable, and the guys were polite, and Uber professional.

Austin did an amazing job on our house and patio, so much so that it looks like all the trims got a fresh coat of paint! I trusted that he’d do a great job, but I was still shocked at the years of grime and even mold (!) he was able to wash away. Progressional, pleasant, and you can’t beat his prices. He’s got our business for life!

Austin was very responsive in communications and gave us a reasonably priced quote. He and his colleague powerwashed our stucco house, stucco wall, patio and stone paths and it made a huge difference to the appearance of our property. They worked very efficiently and carefully, and got excellent results. We would be very happy to work with him again.

I cannot recommend Austin from United Exterior Cleaning enough! He did an amazing wash of my house on the outside as well as the windows. But what sets him apart is his attention to detail and quality of work. He’s not just “going through the motions” like so many contractors out there but actually won’t leave the job until he has completed it to a high standard. It’s refreshing given how many ‘nightmare contractors’ there are out there. He even went the extra mile to clean up paint stains on my driveway - coming back multiple times. If you want your house cleaned, not only is United the best but they’re also the most reasonable priced - I know given I asked for 3 quotes before going ahead with him. Do yourself a favor and use Austin’s service - you won’t be disappointed!

I am so glad that I hired United Exterior! Austin was the absolute best! Austin first came out to give me a quote and talked me through everything he was going to do to my house. He was very knowledgeable in his field. I was sold from minute one. He made my house look brand new! I thought that I would have to replace my roof and house paint but after Austin and his awesome team came out, I don’t have to do a thing to my house since it looks all brand new! All my neighbors came to ask me who did my exterior cleaning and I passed out his info without hesitation and assured them that he was the absolute best in the business! Great job on a substantial amount of patio/stone! Austin was quick to respond to our inquiry and promptly came out to provide a fair and reasonable bid. He and his partner showed up right on time the day of the appointment. They were both professional and efficient and very pleasant. Our patio looks fantastic! I would not hesitate to call on them in the future. I am an Estate Manager and great vendors are hard to find but not the case with Austin and his crew!

Austin and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning our roof tiles. We were on a short timeline and Austin was able to squeeze us into his tight schedule, which we greatly appreciated. He was also extremely professional and responsive throughout the whole process. The cleaning was great and the roof looked brand new after they were done. Very happy with the service received! Austin was communicative through phone and text to get me set up for house washing. He was able to schedule me quickly. His work was thorough and my house looks great! All the dirt, mold, wasps nests, are gone. Austin also let me know about a few other house issues he noticed (paint, etc) which I appreciated. I was about to replace my 16 year old shingle roof because I thought the discoloration was permanent and couldn't be cleaned. When I called United and talked to Austin, he asked for photos, and he immediately identified the issue as a bacteria that he successfully treats and cleans all the time. A few days later, the United team came out and made my roof look brand new, and gave me a two year warranty to protect against the bacteria returning. I would highly recommend having United clean your roof before going through the huge expense of replacement. I will probably get another 10 years out of this roof now. These before and after pictures say it all!
