I would recommend him to anyone that needs a refresh on their new or old stone....Made my home looking like a Million Dollar home. Stunning work, stunning stonework now. Thank you Kevin. We hired Revival Restoration ATX to clean our windows and power wash our driveway before listing our house for sale, and they did an amazing job! From start to finish, their team was punctual, communicative, and thorough, ensuring we were satisfied every step of the way. Kyle Ball did a fabulous job on my windows. He showed up promptly and did a very thorough and professional job. The windows have never looked better. With Cedar Fever and all of the pollen my windows were covered and very very dirty. I can finally see through them and am enjoying the natural sunlight again. I appreciated Kyle’s professionalism and attention to detail. Will definitely use again and will refer customers as well!! Thank you and your rates cannot be beat.

Revival Restoration did an excellent job cleaning my property. They power-washed the concrete and soft-washed the house with great results. The crew showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and delivered a professional, thorough service. Highly recommend.

Kevin (owner) and his guys did an outstanding job on my house. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions, he was on time and very quick to respond to any of my messages/phone calls. By the time they were done they made my house look brand spanking new! Kevin did a great job! Communication was quick and reliable. Very pleased with the cleanliness of our patio, wood deck, exterior and patio roof. Kevin and his team were in and out, leaving everything sparkly clean and placed back the way they found it, which a busy mom of toddler and dog really appreciates!

Kevin was on time did a wonderful job. Very respectful of my property. Worked hard as a front came in dropped over 30 Degrees while they continued to work even thought they were cold and wet! Before and after pictures ❤️

Don’t remember name of the one I was working with, but she extremely rude. Very dismissive the cleaning was very very average and I used many cleaning service before, Sorry English not very good. This service happened a couple months ago, but I’ve been meaning to leave bad review. Would not recommend this clean service no no.

The Enviromaids crew did an amazing job on my house. It feels so much nicer to be home now! Their covid policy made me feel very safe as well.

We used enviromaids for a over a year, with good success early on. Most recently, communication with the office became a challenge, the team would arrive unannounced, and the cleaning products changed and created a very pungent smell in our home that we had to air out after cleanings. We expressed our concerns, and they ultimately were not taken care of.

I have used Environmaids for years. They always do a god job on my house. I am picky and they cater their cleaning of my house to my preferences. I highly recommend them.

Said's communication is top-notch. He's proactive, provides clear pricing quotes, makes scheduling a breeze, and keeps me updated on arrival times. Lupita's dedication to understanding my needs is unparalleled. She takes the time to ask detailed questions about my cleaning style, priorities (like specific areas of focus or preferred products), and past experiences with other cleaning services. She truly listens and wants to ensure the best possible experience. What I really appreciate is that she encourages honest feedback, even if it's not perfect. They don't make you feel awkward for pointing out something that could be improved – they genuinely value it and use it to get better.

For example, after my last cleaning, I mentioned one item that wasn't as thoroughly cleaned as I'd hoped. Lupita not only relayed that feedback to her team, ensuring at least one of the same cleaners returned for my next appointment, but she also came to my house before the cleaning was finished today for a post-cleaning inspection! She gave her team feedback on anything that needed a touch-up and even pitched in herself, making some organizational changes and doing some light cleaning, even though she was running late for a meeting! That level of dedication is rare.

While the cleaning teams of 2-3 housekeepers typically do not speak English, this has never been an issue for me. I've been able to easily communicate any necessary information to Said or Lupita, or even use my (admittedly broken) Spanglish to get my point across. They're always accommodating and ensure everything is understood.

Lupita and Said's commitment to communication, prioritization, and customer service is unmatched. Because of my overwhelmingly positive experiences, I'm not only a recurring customer, but I've also started recommending Environmaids to all my friends.
