I booked a cleaning service from Alexa from Texas couple of weeks ago because I needed a good clean up before thanksgiving party. Navigating through the website was pretty easy, but I also called to get some specific quotes because I needed carpet and dining chairs cleaned. I got a reasonable quote right there and then and booked my service for same week. On the scheduled day everything went smoothly, they showed up on time. I’m very happy with the results! I didn’t realize how dirty my carpet was lol Highly recommend!

Nick was prompt, kind, personable, efficient, and effective! My couch was gross, now it is delightful and I can't wait to put our new slip cover on it. While he was here I was able to wash my dirty dog, who is largely the source of the couch grossness, and Nick even took the time to clean his gross dog bed for a true clean rennaisaance in my home! I don’t know if my first review was posted but they did a great job my carpet is old and they cleaned it very nicely it looks very clean and smells very fresh he took out a lot of stains food stains sharpie and blood .. then there were some mistake with the total charges and they gave me back my money definitely I will work with them again when I need cleaning Strongly recommended

Great service! Showed up and explained what the process of cleaning the ducts. Wore mask, gloves and covered his boots so not to track any dirt into the house. Very friendly. Cleaned as he went through the house. I will be using again for sure!! Thank you, was a pleasure meeting you!!

Listen! My carpet was disgusting after my son left our dog out of the kennel. The carpet looks better than the day I moved into my apartment! Mike is amazing!!!!!

This was the most professional air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning company that I have ever used. The price was the cheapest I’ve found and the quality was superior. Now it smells great in our home and our carpets look brand new again! Thanks Odor Masters!

Amazing people. If it wasn't for Mike I'd still be sneezing nonstop. He was very thorough and made sure my air ducts had top to bottom cleaning. I will most definitely use their services again.

Carpet looks and smells awesome! Just did air ducts and everyone in the house says they notice their allergies have gone down.

Update 6/28:
Had my dryer vent cleaned out because my clothes weren't drying causing me to have to run my dryer several times and run up my electric bill. Now they dry the 1st time!!! Should be seeing a lower electric bill. Thank you again Doreen.
