I absolutely LOVE Dust It Off Cleaning 🧼 the owner is very professional and keeps me updated prior to the arrival of her team all the way to the time frame of finishing . The finished product is always immaculate and I am always thrilled to come home to super clean home after they finish up . I’m also. Huge fan of this being a woman owned and operated business .

Amazing and quick service! I would recommend this company to anyone in the Austin area looking for a house cleaning. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

First time using them and mostly happy with the results. We scheduled a Deep Clean and a team of 3 ladies showed up on time and worked very hard for over 3 hours. I've never seen the floor of the shower so clean! They were very thorough with the baseboards, floors, and blinds.

Unfortunately they used a degreaser on the oven that permanently stained the panel trim. We worked with them to try to resolve it but they no longer manufacture that piece so our options were limited. Also on the website it advertises transparent pricing with no hidden fees but just be aware that there will be tax added to the quote.

Aside from the oven problem, we really liked them, for future clients I would just ask them to not clean the oven so it doesn't get ruined.

Dust It Off Cleaning Service is very thorough with their cleaning. They are always very accommodating to clean what is requested. They do not spend time visiting with each other, they come in and get right to work. Josseline is very nice to always check a day ahead to make sure their scheduled time is still good for us. I highly recommend their service.

We love Dust It Off cleaning. We had tried several services before and once we found Dust It Off we never looked back. They are very thorough and the house sparkles afterward. It's easy to connect via text message to discuss changes or add ons. We are set up on a reoccurring schedule and they typically prompt. If not, they are very communicative and let us know in advance and we easily rebook for a different time. We love the services and the people.

We have being using Dust it off cleaning every two weeks for over a year. They do a fantastic job, are consistently good and are very affordable. I have nothing but positive things to say and we are so happy to have found such a quality service.

Pro-tip: If you tidy your place as much as possible BEFORE the PROFESSIONAL cleaning team comes in, your final price could be lower than the quoted price :)

I got my house cleaned by Dust It Off Cleaning and it was a great service! I am impressed that the cleaning team even emptied the trash in every room and replaced the plastic bag liners with the liners I keep in the kitchen. I was expecting the cans to be emptied, but was not expecting the liners to be replaced!

Additionally, they cleaned the refrigerator I have too! The front had some water stains but they cleaned it up very nicely!

I hope to continue to use Dust It Off Cleaning for the foreseeable future :)

I have used Dust It Off Cleaning for approximately 2 years now and I have never been disappointed. Whenever I contact them or something is scheduled, replies and feedback are quick. Staff took the time to learn about the way I like to have my apartment look and has remembered those details. I've never had a problem with broken property or missing items as they mostly enter my apartment while I'm either at work or traveling. They have gone to great lengths to make it easy to trust them in my home.

I do have multiple children and that creates a lot of mess. As a working single parent I'm not always able to keep up with it all but having Dust It Off cleaning and their reliable quality service has been a very big contributor toward our ability to just enjoy being at home.

I have been using Dust it Off for over a year. They send in a team ( mostly the same people since I started). They are on time, thorough, professional and always leave the towels, toilet paper and Kleenex in a cute special gold design. They work with me when I need to change schedules, and don’t charge you if you let them know you’re not going to be in town during your regular cleaning day. It is very easy to get in touch with the owner if necessary I highly recommend them.

Outstanding Deep Cleaning Service!!! Highly Recommend! We had a phenomenal experience with Dust It Off Cleaning! They came to our house and did an incredibly thorough deep cleaning that went above and beyond our expectations. I’ve never been so impressed with a cleaning service. I’ve used regular cleaning services in both California and here in Texas, and Dust It Off is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Their attention to detail and professionalism really set them apart. We were so impressed that we’ve decided to use them weekly going forward. I’m so glad I found them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality cleaning services!

I scheduled a cleaning 3 weeks in advance. When i called to see if they were running late they told me they had no information about an appointment. Also they informed me because they did a poor job cleaning my house the first time and had to refund my money they would not come back to clean again. I was giving this company a second chance because of how they handled my first experience. But after today i understand the lack of communication and organization is a bigger issue than this company can handle. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I called 30 minutes after our appointment was schedule to check on the cleaning crew (assuming it was traffic) and they said we weren't on the schedule. We had scheduled 3 weeks prior. Though they did get somebody out in the afternoon and apologize for the inconvenience, once the job was done, it was definitely NOT worth $225 for the deep clean. We would have done a better job ourselves. Our beds weren't made, the floors still needed vacuuming, parts of the home that should have been dusted weren't, the cleaning water was dumped in the front bushes on our plants, and our front porch wasn't swept (which is part of the deep clean service according to the website.) It was a huge disappointment to us especially considering the fact that we got a deep clean specifically so that we would not need to do our own deep clean 38 weeks pregnant and so we could have peace of mind that we will have a clean home for when our baby arrives. Needless to say, we won't be using this service again.
