Hola! Estoy muy agradecida y complacida con el trabajo de Lizzette. En dos ocasiones fue a limpiar mi casa y realizó un trabajo de excelencia y eficacia, Sobre todo con la rapidez y responsabilidad con el que hacen su trabajo. Tanto ella como sus empleados son muy amables y serviciales. Ahorita mi familia y yo nos fuimos a vivir a otra Ciudad pero si regresara definitivamente contrataría los servicios de Lizzette nuevamente. Gracias Liz.

High Rise Cleaning Services has been cleaning my house 2X a month for over 1 year. They are dependable, and do a wonderful job making my house shine!

I called to schedule an estimate for cleaning service. They first said 9am, but then a bit past 7am said they had truck issues, and couldn't make it until noon. Fine. Not a big deal, but did throw off later plans. Then at 11:30 called again and said it's taking longer to fix, and they asked about 4pm. Okay.. I had to rearrange those later plans, but it worked out.
A few hours later they say they're on the way and should be at the house 3:30. They were late again without heads-up... although at 3:40 I see them pull up to the house. I then get a text from them "Which of my clients recommended us to you?" ... I saw their ad on a flyer. Next thing I know I saw them drive off!!
They didn't see me though... so I text them again and asked when they thought they might be here. No response at all. I said I saw them drive off... still no response!
EXTREMELY unprofessional, and wasted my entire day.

I just saw your reply. Not sure a way I can reply to THAT, so thought I would just edit here.
TLDR: My house wasn't "abandon" there were cars in the driveway, and growing front yard gardens, etc. I don't like to see my neighbors, so yes... a lot of trees and bushes in the yard.
I can understand a legitimate concern for safety. However, if you are worried that one of your people is going to get jumped walking in to a house, it's super easy to look up who owns a property (you'd see my name on the property address). You could confirm this by asking to see an ID. and it would be crazy for a home owner with their name attached to a place to do anything creepy, because it's too easy to call police and catch the person.
What would be MORE of a safety concern is some random person breaking in to a vacant home up for sale. That looks welcoming, and empty, and someone lures cleaners there for Make-Ready, because then nothing ties that person to the house, right?!
Finally, if you (or the cleaner) was REALLY concerned... you could have asked to meet me out front first, and at the very least if STILL concerned, just have someone reply to the person requesting cleaning and let them know the situation. It's the total GHOSTING that really shows the unprofessionalism with your company.

Lizette and her team do a great job. I’ve had them do a deep clean which was AMAZING and they’ve started to come every two weeks for a standard clean. I’ve never been disappointed with their thoroughness and attention to detail.

First off, I clean and tidy up everyday but I know there are places I forget or don’t do… ie blinds, windows, behind the fridge and washer and dryer. I mean I try but I need help. Her son was handing out cards and gave her a call the same day. They came out to see my place and give me a quote for a deep clean. She said I was organized but there is a lot of dust. She came over with a 3 person crew and came home to a better place. Way better than when I moved in. Pictures are always great but the smell of clean and my wallflowers made it feel AMAZING. Thank you again and will be using them for services 1 or 2x/month to keep it fresh.
