We called Tyler to get rid of a bee hive inside one of our trees after I was stung multiple times while mowing the grass near the hive. Tyler was able to come in a timely manner and explained the process he would use to remove the bees. He was friendly, professional, and the service was fairly priced. I especially like that he relocates the bees, rather than exterminating them. I highly recommend him and his team!

I called Tyler on Monday for some bee relocation and set an appointment for next day. Tyler was here on time....very nice man. He explained what was going on and what he had to do. Went to work immediately and after he left....a few hours later bees were gone. Very happy with his services. I will definitely recommend him. Thank you Tyler!

Tyler was awesome! I called him early Monday morning because my boss had three swarms of bees that arrived on easter. He mad time in his schedule to come that afternoon. He did a great job and we will definitely be using him in the future if we have more issues.

Tyler was recommended to us through a friend to help us with the removal of a giant bee colony which had formed in the trunk of one of our giant oak trees on our ranch property. He was professional, walked me through the entire process of how he’d be removing (and relocating) the bees. We will definitely call Tyler again if we need to, as we were very satisfied with the service he provided. We highly recommend Tyler and his team!

Tyler was extremely professional and went above and beyond our expectations. We thought we had a bee issue and didn’t want any of them to get hurt so we wanted someone who specifically specialized in bee removals. Turned out it was a dead nest and gave us a little education while he removed it from our home, no damage was made and it was like it never happen. If needed again, Tyler will be the first on our list too call.

Tyler was fantastic. We called due to a bee nest situation that arrived when we returned from vacation. After calling 5 other services we actually connected live with Tyler, the owner of his company. He asked a couple clarification questions, confirmed he could come out 2 days later at 1pm. He not only arrived as stated, he came 10 mins early and waited respectfully till 1pm before knocking on door. He did the work in a couple hours to remove the bees safely, plugged the hole and cleaned up all debris and materials like he was never here. He thoroughly explained what would happen next and how long before the bees stopped coming, as well as his warranty.

The other companies were suggesting it would be weeks or months before they could come out and we’re seemingly asking for me to confirm a set dollar amount for service before even stepping foot on the property.

Tyler is a consummate professional and business owner here locally and I would recommend him to anyone who will listen!

Tyler did a great job removing bees from the second story of our home at a reasonable price. He removed over 60 pounds of honey comb from the walls of our house. Additionally after the removal services were completed some bees still returned and Tyler was really responsive and helpful to resolve the issue. He came back to the house free of charge to ensure the bees would not return and he also offered to stop by again in case they still remained. Tyler is very professional and I would definitely recommend him and his services!

I called Tyler on a Friday evening. He was quick to return my call and was able to squeeze us in early the following Monday morning. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He removed 25 lbs of honeycomb and 60,000-70,000 bees from 20+ feet in just an hour and a half! He also did the removal at a fair price (had called another company before and they quoted me nearly double what Tyler charged). Tyler is professional, informative, and friendly! Wow! Just Wow! Unbeknownst to me, I had a huge swarm of Africanized Honey Bees attempt to take up residence in a tree just outside the front door of my office. Five people on my staff were about to head out for the day and when they opened the door they were met with the swarm. They called me a panic, not knowing what to do. I contacted Tyler immediately and he was so prompt and professional. Once he ascertained exactly what species the swarm was, he came immediately to my office and took care of the bees. He removed all of them and even sprayed a deodorizer so that they wouldn’t return. This was a serious threat to the people in my building and I very much appreciated Tyler’s expertise. He also educated me on these bees and how they behave during swarming season. While we love bees and recognize their importance to all of our survival, we don’t want them taking up residence at our front door. I would recommend Tyler fully. He certainly knows his stuff and has the capability to react quickly. Mostly I appreciated his professionalism. Thank you Tyler!

Tyler was kind enough to educate me over the phone when I called on a Sunday afternoon about my bee problem in a tree in my front yard. That alone set him apart from the other bee removal companies.
Tyler came out a few days later and swiftly took care of the mexican honey wasps that I had. Very respectful and, again, educated me on the wasps. He was very transparent about the prices and stuck to his word about it.
If I ever have a bee/wasp problem again in the future, I'm definitely calling Tyler.

Absolutely abysmal and I'm curious how they stay relevant. They promised that they were coming by to tend to the lawn 3 separate times and did not show up. I received a notice that our "service is complete" for a day WHEN THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP.

I don't know what kind of chatbot they're running but we kept getting canned messages from it saying we're a 'priority'. Well, we obviously were not since it was the 3rd day of 'promised, priority' service and they still didn't show up. We're happily going to one of their direct competitors.

Completely unprofessional and will not be recommending to my friends and family. There are other lawn "professionals" in Austin that are more responsive and where I will be spending my money.
