Just used Barton Springs Cleaning for the first time after getting frustrated with the unreliability of our former cleaners.

Barton Springs showed up on time (even sent a text with their arrival time) and had a team that was in and out fast.

Definitely recommend them.

I hired Sparkly Maid of South Austin after a thorough search for a green cleaning service. Jimena came to our St. Elmo home and used non-toxic cleaning agents that worked really well. She did a high-end clean and I added on inside oven and baseboards. Communication was smooth and I paid via Venmo. The house is cleaner than it's been in months.

We had just finished a few light renovations and needed a true post-construction cleaning. Sparkly Maid of South Austin sent Nayeli to our house near Southpark Meadows and she was amazing. She took care of the fine dust, cleaned baseboards, and even cleaned the windows from the inside. I paid her via Zelle and she made sure I went through everything before she left. The whole place was made livable once more.

Blanca arrived on the dot at my Westgate residence and was absolutely delightful and professional. She cleaned the interior of the fridge, polished all the faucets, and went the extra mile to clean the tile grout in the bathrooms. The whole house smelled great, and I paid with Zelle. I will definitely use them again.

Paola cleaned my apartment in Sunset Valley and did a fantastic job with the move-out cleaning. She cleaned the refrigerator, cabinets, and baseboards like a pro. I paid through Venmo and it was smooth sailing. I got my entire deposit back without any issue.

Very disappointed with the service. Somehow my floors look worse than they did when I left. Streaky and dirty. No rug or chair was moved but "mopped around", I found broken glass on the stairs (?), no bags replaced in any trash can in the house, my electric stove won't turn on and to top off this amazing service, they turned both air conditioners down to the lowest possible setting and left them that way while I was out of town. Pretty irritating.
