Haven’t had our house professionally cleaned in years, and we’ve been going through renovations for the past year so it definitely needed some TLC. I saw the reviews for Austin cleaning Group, and they came only two days later! I loved walking into my home at the end of the day with everything so clean and fresh-thanks to Nicole and Camila for taking such good care of our home! Will have y’all back for sure!

Great experience! We decided to book a house cleaning last minute, and luckily they had availability that afternoon. I asked the two women if they would mind wearing shoes covers in the house, and they were totally fine with it. They did a fantastic job on the house, they caught a few things that go missed when we clean the house ourselves! We added the interior oven cleaning and patio cleaning, and it was totally worth it. Everything looks perfect and ready for family to visit this weekend! We will book again!

A window mount is broken, bathroom faucet is dripping continuously due to use of force. I had two main pieces of furniture (bed frame and accent chair) and there is visible dust underneath both

We have a rental that needed a pre-move in cleaning. It was very easy to schedule and the communication was great. The price was reasonable even with add ons of the inside of the oven and refrigerator. It saved me a lot of time!

They did a move out clean for me and it was beautiful!

The team at Austin Cleaning group have been wonderful. While they rotate who comes to each cleaning, the different team member have taken great care in cleaning my home. Daniel works efficiently on scheduling and communicating with me. I feel like I am in good hands.

We booked a deluxe house cleaning before our family arrived for Thanksgiving one week out so kind of short notice to be cleaned on a Sunday and we were able to get an appointment! The original team has a family emergency and cancelled however Yazmin was able to get another team together quickly and still get out house cleaned on the same day! Communication was quick and professional! The ladies, Maria and Gretel, who cleaned our house did a fantastic job! We will definitely book them again in the future! Highly recommend!

I found Austin Cleaning Group after another local cleaning company no showed for their appointment. I was able to book quickly and was pleased with the fast communication. We arranged for our cleaning while we were out of town and left a lock box. There were no issues with that at all. We got a text when they started and finished, but the best part was coming home to a ✨sparkling✨ apartment. Wish I would have found them sooner! We will definitely be booking again.

I've used several cleaning companies in Austin, and The Austin Cleaning Group will be the one I stick with! Really easy to book with plenty of availability. My house was cleaned by Marilin R., and she did a fantastic job!! Arriving with a joyful smile, she cleaned efficiently and had great attention to detail. I don't write reviews often, but wanted to make sure I shared my wonderful experience.

UPDATE Sept 2025

We continued to have our home cleaned monthly and are happy with the results. We just used a different service they offer: Windows. The man who came out did a good job and did it quickly for a reasonable price.

We are an older couple who live by ourselves and find it fairly easy to maintain order and cleanliness in our home on a day-to-day basis. However, after living here for 3 years, it definitely needed detailing, so we called Austin Cleaning Group (choosing local!) and asked for a deep clean. Fortunately for us, they had a Valentine’s sale going on so we got a discounted rate. It waited 24 hours to write this review so that I could fully understand what work they had done. I am pleased to report that they did everything as promised and then some. Now that everything is 100% clean, we will continue to maintain it and are signing up for a monthly standard cleaning with a deep cleaning every 3 or 4 months. For regular customers, they charge less, so we feel like we are getting value for money.

The standard price for a 1/1 doesn’t include the bathroom. That’s an extra charge. Other than that, great job.

This is the first time I used them for cleaning. The cleaning lady was good, did a great job. I will definitely use their service again.

Move out cleaning. The ladies did outstanding job cleaning up the apartment. I’m so happy with how it turned out . Will definitely be working with them again the future . Just amazing!!!
