This company does a fantastic job! I wish all businesses ran like this. I've used Castle Cleaning for the daily janitorial duties at a 25,000 sq. ft. Office Building as well as my 600 sq. ft. apartment. They excelled at both and I've never needed to call anyone else.

We used castle cleaning after construction repairs to our condo in Austin. The team worked meticulously to wipe down and mop up everything repeatedly until it was clean. This deep clean was very much appreciated - we would recommend and use their services again.

I was charged over $500 for a make ready for sale (no furniture and freshly painted the week before - full interior including inside cabinets and drawers) on a 2600 square ft home. There still were paint spots on kitchen stone countertops and bath counter tops and bathtub. Paint caked in half bath vanity drain. I paid by the hour - there was a small "throw away" table the painter had used and it was caked in paint. They did not ask me if I wanted this table cleaned - they just did it while they left paint on countertops - bad use time I was paying them. Still stain in one toilet after they bragged on how they could get everything cleaned. Scrape marks in vanity drain where someone had scraped with screwdriver and still did not get it clean.
My realtor recommended them!! With fresh paint and no furniture, it took same time as non-painted house and furniture -- i feel I got ripped off. Beware!

If you are looking for a thorough cleaning, you will not be disappointed. Call castle cleaning! They bill by the hour and they are QUICK but CLEAN. Three person crews. The crew lead speaks English, and they communicate with you exceptionally well.

I contacted Castle Cleaning to come out to our home to clean after we did some remodeling in our master bathroom. Castle sent out a 4-person crew that did a great job cleaning the house from top to bottom to make sure all the dust and grime was gone. They even recommended that we change out our air filters the next day to ensure our house was fresh, and we saw a big difference in the air quality after doing that. I highly recommend Castle Cleaning for anyone who needs house cleaning services. They're excellent!

I have used Castle cleaning for years, for anything from a regular cleaning to a deep cleaning to a move out clean and everything in between. It doesn't matter what type of cleaning I need done Castle always comes through. They were even at a clients home this morning as we finished the tile late last night & the whole home had a haze of dust everywhere. Castle executed a beautifully clean home for my clients to come home to even with multiple last minute schedule changes to make me look like a rock star. Instead of the clients coming home to dust, they came home to a great smelling home that was meticulously clean & made a great impression. A team of 3 people came to do a move-out clean. Elena and her crew did a great job. They cleaned a 2000sf house in 2.5 hours. I appreciated their efficiency. Stuart made scheduling effortless. He provided an affordable estimate and clearly communicated what their service included.

Do not hire. Castle Cleaning caused several hundred dollars in water damage and Stuart Osantwoski refuses to take any responsibility.

You are taking a risk with no possible benefit, since they charge the same as every other cleaner around town.

We've been using Castle Cleaning for most of this year. They are AWESOME! Very reasonably priced, Very efficient and thorough with their cleaning. We really appreciated that with Castle you get the SAME crew each time they come. (We use a weekly service.) With other companies we had to explain things each time a new crew arrived which was a pain and very inefficient! And most of the time, the crew didn't know English so a translator app was needed and not as accurate.
With Castle the crew of three clean about 2000 sq ft of our house and vacuum and dust another 1000 sq ft of outdoor living space in under 2 hours. Eric and his team are hard working - always friendly. Eric speaks both Spanish & English - which is really appreciated since I do NOT speak Spanish! The 2 women that work with him are always upbeat, very patient with our 2 dogs and elderly mother. They accommodate the fact that both my husband & I work remote from home. They communicate so well and always do an excellent job. Everything sparkles when they leave. They are great about telling me when they are coming to the house, and leaving without a fuss if we are both working, as well as making sure the dogs don't run out! :) Best decision we made was hiring Castle Cleaning! Highly recommend!

They helped me with my apartment move out cleaning. I am certain that place had never been so clean. Sparkled from top to bottom. I will definitely contact them again for future cleaning projects.
