Came in from another Home Depot and got quick service. There was a new lady working in front who said the job sounded miserable and too much. Felt like I was a bit bothersome but everyone else was very friendly.

The mulch and potting mixes are at a great price and they’re even better if you buy in bulk. I was helped by a very kind and friendly team member, Kytiana (apologies on spelling). Definitely will go back here if I need more.

Great variety of soils that I needed and Stephanie at the cashier was so kind and helpful!

I went to the garden side exit to buy a tool and had a good experience getting a warranty for it. Cashier Viani was very knowledgeable and check out was fast. Overall the store was tip top and easy to navigate.

All these guys when they come or go around to do there job..they always be flirting and they curse alot they do not pick up there mess they leave it behind so dirty to do there job..

This company handles The Ranch at Brushy Creek community and do an excellent job keeping the landscaping looking great.

I've used them for years and referred them out several times. Their prices are competitive, they are quick and efficient and have great customer service (when needed) year after year, from the spring clean to the fall.

Constantly break sprinklers by mowing too low and give you the run around instead of fixing it.

You'd get someone less incompetent and more responsible if you hired a neighborhood teenager.

As a Community manager i have worked with many landscape companies, many that you cant trust to do the job without being on top of them. Thank fully i met Brandon and Phil from Perfect Cuts and i must say it is refreshing to know such good quality can be achieved for such competitive pricing. Perfect Cuts is such a great company! I always get compliments about the community I manage. Trey and the team he has here do an outstanding job. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company is terribly managed. Our HOA is unfortunately under contract with Perfect Cuts, and based on my experience I would never recommend them.

1. They have demonstrated an inability to adapt to a changing environment, and our neighborhood is in a rapid state of change. Instead, they complain, neglect any new or changed landscaping, and fail to communicate what is needed to get the job done correctly.
2. They do not accept critical feedback in a professional manner. Instead they become defensive and rude.
3. They do not take responsibility for their actions (e.g. killing plants, denying it and refusing to take measures to avoid it in the future).
4. They have openly stated an inability to effectively organize and manage their staff, saying quote: “I can’t tell my team where to cut and not cut...”.
5. They are not accountable, often making promises that are off the contract which then go ignored.
6. They do things that are not in our agreement and then use guilt to pressure negotiations later.

I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
