Poor planning and execution. All other issues aside, delays during our home-build had them plant our landscaping in December. They assured us the plants would survive the winter, they did not. Our close was January, and we’ve now simply paid for dead plants. Most notably, almost all 42 of our Texas Sage planted never came to life. Avoid this company.

Very Happy Customer! I have had Perfect Cuts take care of the landscaping and maintenance at my office for about 2 years now and have been very pleased! I am always impressed how they trim the bushes and plants, weed the beds, and pick up all of the fallen leaves without even requesting it. I get compliments on our landscaping/yard regularly. Great job guys. It's so nice to know that's it's so well taken care of.

Benito and his crew are absolutely excellent at their job. They are strong, diligent, careful, and expert. They have done several jobs for us - hardscaping and landscaping - and we are always impressed by Benito's efforts to not only do the job well, but go above and beyond. He has all the right tools and know-how to do the best job, he is a humble and very hard worker and he should be very proud of his business. We are loyal customers for life!

B Perez Landscaping was great to work with. They were responsive with my request for quote and we’re quick to come and do a walk around of my home with me. They were also willing to update the estimate as we worked through additions and subtractions to the scope of work. We even needed a few extra plants we discovered in the middle of the job and they were able to get them and plant them the same day of the job. It’s clear B Perez Landscaping wants to ensure their clients are happy.

We even used them for a tree removal after a downed tree fell on our shed. They were quick to quote and come by to remove the tree.

The end result looks great, and has held up over the last 2 years. Some contractors will do only what you specifically ask them to do and no more - B Perez clearly knew what they were doing and offered recommendations throughout the process as far as materials and aesthetics

These guys came in and did an amazing job, helping me with some rock beds around my house. The mulch was just hard to clean and look terrible. They were fast, efficient, and very thorough and all the work they did.

I cannot begin to express my excitement and happiness with all the work B Perez landscaping was able to do. From the very beginning, they were very collaborative and attentive to all of my plans, down the smallest details.

I'm extremely grateful for their professional opinions as well when it came to matters I didn't know much about. They were extremely helpful in ensuring we did everything right while still maintaining the best design quality.
We had our entire backyard and front yard renovated. This included them removing all the old brush, grass and dead trees...then they made sure the leveling and grading were perfect to ensure best possible drainage.

Our original plan was to just build a paver patio in the front yard and backyard, but after seeing their quality of work, speediness and attention to detail - I immediately asked them to help with all our other plans.

They not only helped build the paver patios, but also helped build a beautiful walkway with limestone slabs sitting on top of black gravel. Then they build a magnificent large pergola with cedar, along with a large fence in the front yard. And finally they built an entire outdoor kitchen including a grill and space for future expansion.

Overall I'm very satisfied and extremely grateful to have worked with them. I've already recommended them many of my neighbors and will continue to do so.

Mr. Perez removed and installed edging around our newly established rock beds. He insured that the project site was well-supervised, orderly, and that the work was done to standard.
