Very good, construction, and maintenance company. Very knowledgeable staff and crews are always courteous and professional on our campus

First of all I had a 15,000 BTU unit on my apartment window these people blew with a blower and the weed eater dirt grass leaves little sticks and it messed up my air conditioner I paid like $800 for that and I didn't realize they had done it so I got rid of it and I got another one I got a smaller one cuz I couldn't afford the bigger one they did the same thing with a blower dirt leaves you name it grass and it's messed up and it's it's new but thanks to Maldonado nursery landscaping and I've tried to call them so they could replace it no answer and they won't call me back they need to be responsible of what they mess up I don't have that type of money to be buying air conditioners every two weeks when the blower hits it and messes it up

They landscape our state-owned property, and every time they show up, they trash out the cars in the parking lot, they don't clean up after themselves, and management fails to answer back to any complaints. Avoid them, please!

These people are true scammers. They promise you whatever you want just to get you to sign their proposal. Their employees are willing to put you to voicemail or pass you around and take a message when you need to know what is happening. They say that you have 30 net days to pay your bill, but after 10 days, they put a lien on your house. Please please choose another company for your landscaping needs.

We selected Maldonado to enhance our community entry landscaping based on strong referrals. The project went well thanks to the oversight of our project manager who was very responsive in handling all aspects of our project. These guys do good work!

Update – 30 Days Later

Since my original review, there has been a significant improvement. The previous account manager is no longer overseeing our property, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the performance of our new manager.

The crews now arrive on a consistent schedule and follow clear, structured guidelines. We’ve seen a marked improvement in both the weekly service and the overall health and appearance of our landscape.

We’re encouraged by the progress and appreciate the renewed attention to our community. If this level of service continues, we look forward to updating this review again in the future to reflect sustained performance.

Our experience with Maldonado Landscaping has been frustrating and disappointing. Their mission statement emphasizes unparalleled customer service and a strong work ethic, but in reality, we have encountered the opposite.

Scheduling has been a constant issue—they do not maintain a consistent schedule, and their reliability is nonexistent. Our account manager, Josh, repeatedly over-promises and under-delivers. We are frequently told, “We’ll be there tomorrow,” only for them to never show up. Worse, there is no communication when plans change; we always have to reach out to find out why no one has arrived.

As the landscaping company responsible for maintaining our 24-unit condo community, their lack of accountability is glaring. The property looks neglected, and despite multiple conversations expressing our concerns, nothing improves.

If you’re looking for a dependable, professional landscaping service, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Their truck just launched loose PVC irrigation pipe onto US 183, creating a dangerous situation. The driver was completely oblivious and talking on a cell phone.

Jerry, Fatima, and the entire team at Maldonado Landscaping are amazing to work with. They’re incredibly passionate about what they do, take pride in the quality of their work, and genuinely care about their clients. I would hands down recommend them to anyone looking to make a change. Give them a call—you won’t be disappointed!

Craig Powell did a fantastic job fixing a water drainage problem at our house. After he and his team installed a French drain system, when the next significant rain came around, not a single drop of water went where it wasn't supposed to go. All of it flowed around the house and out of harm's way. I highly recommend Powell Landscape Architecture.

My husband and I first hired Craig for a backyard makeover and outdoor kitchen design. Craig and his team proved to be very easy and pleasant to work with from the design phase to the install. His communication was timely and his meetings flexible. When we moved to our next home, Craig was our goto to provide an extensive landscape design that included a new patio and outdoor kitchen. Craig was creative on suggesting materials based on the design and our pricepoints and desires. We appreciate his following through with what he said he would do. Craig is now our friend and we will definately rely on Craig for our future landscape needs.

Craig and his team did a fantastic job with our backyard. He designed and built our deck (with cowboy pool), overhead structure, breeze block walls, and paver/gravel walkways. Just waiting for spring time to add plants. Him and his team strive to always make sure you are happy and getting what you want. Pricing is also very fair. Would highly recommend!
